This is my third frother. I originally has the Bosenkitchen frother and it worked great, the batteries lasted for quite a while and it had great power, no complaints, it was exactly what I expected. It lasted for two years and then one morning my husband accidentally knocked it off the counter and the wand got knocked off-center. We couldn't fix it after that so I started looking for another one. I noticed the the Zulay was the best seller on Amazon, but what really sucked me in was the beautiful color selections! After going back and forth between just getting another Bosenkitchen , I made the purchase for a pretty blue Zulay with a neat little stand. It was terrible! I almost immediately regretted the purchase. It sucked up batteries and even with new batteries the power was ridiculously weak. Then the button just stopped working after a month of owning it! So I returned it. I was going to just stick with the Bosen again but started looking at the rechargables, I decided to give this one a go. I am SO glad that I did. This thing is seriously amazing. Three speeds, two attachments (we only use the frother attachment) , cute stand , USB charger, and the charge lasts for weeks! You don't have to hold the button down either, just press the button to advance a speed and hold the button down for a couple seconds to stop it! Easy peasy. I honestly cannot think of anything to improve upon at this time! We have had this for a month and used it several times a day for whipping cream and frothing coffee and it has been so fast and useful.

So, I've been through about 4 coffee mixers in the last 3 years. This guy makes #5. All previous purchases were battery powered ones (AA's) The first one I packed in my suitcase with no protection and it bent the metal part, wobble stick no stir good. The second one the AA's corroded inside the unit and it stopped working The third was purchased in Nov. 2019, the button on it stopped working in December 2020 just after the return period, The 4th I purchased in Jan. of 2020 died just kicked the bucket. (it's now March 2020) So, when searching for a new device, I wanted it to be rechargeable as I was tired of replacing the AA eating crappy mixers from my shopping history past... This guy came in the mail and I charged it right up! It comes with a micro USB cable and the little lightning bolt on the device goes from blue to green when it's fully charged. HOLY POWER BATMAN. This thing on 1 is a force to be reckoned with! Now, here's the word for the wise and it is very important you pay attention. (clears throat) PRESSING the button advances the mixer to the next power level, HOLDING the power button turns the device off. If you expect to mix your coffee and not get it ALL over the kitchen DO NOT press the button more than once, this thing mixed a cake batter with it's included whisk attachment. It's VERY powerful! But, that being said, I figured out how to mix everything and as the battery starts to need recharging, the power will probably subside a bit. I highly recommend this product! Just be careful learning to use it!

This little wand is big on power! It's amazing! I purchased it to mix collagen into cold drinks (collagen mixes easily in hot drinks but not so easily in cold). It has worked like a charm! Absolutely zero lumps in just a few seconds. I use it on low but you have to run it all the way to full in order to turn it off. Which is okay as it doesn't go all wild and spill everything, it's just faster. It's excellent at creating foam too! When cleaning, you just need to run it under running water or spin it in a cup of warm water. Easy peasy! It has a nice stand which looks good on the counter. It came charged so I haven't had to charge it yet (as of this writing it's been two weeks of using daily), so I can't rate that part. But if that is anything like the rest of this product, it should work great! You need this frother!!!

I'd like to set a scene for you... Imagine a freshly deep-cleaned, all white kitchen - White cabinets, white tile backsplash, white marble counter, white appliances. You decide a nice whipped coffee is the way to start your day. 2 tablespoons of Nescafé, 2 tablespoons sweetener, 2 tablespoons water in a nice deep bowl with high sides. You attach the egg-beater style attachment for maximum air-to-coffee whipping. You press the power button and put the beater in the bowl, and.... Dark brown coffee starts to fly everywhere. Droplets spray across your entire kitchen and stick to every formerly pristine surface, only aided by the sugar and corn syrup in the coffee. You try to stop it, only to find you have to cycle through each setting, only to send the coffee flying higher and farther with each button press. In frantic attempt to stop the mess, you press one too many times and have to cycle through again. You slowly break into hysterical laughter as the door opens behind you, where you turn to see your significant other just staring at the scene - it's somewhat akin to Christian Bale in American Psycho... The "blood" of your kill splattered across your face. You then spend the next 30 minutes scrubbing every surface and saying "really? How did it get ALL THE WAY OVER HERE?" all without having consumed a drop of that delicious whipped coffee you were dreaming of.... Long story short - use the frother attachment for whipped coffee. Maybe use the beater for eggs? But even that seems less than ideal... If they're going to splatter like that, you risk Salmonella on every surface. The cycle through to power off is the only reason for 4 stars under "easy to use". Great frother, though! And yes, I did eventually get my whipped coffee....

Most of us have a love/disgruntled relationship with the whisk tool, but if you treat it gently and not bang it against the counter to flip the water off, you can enjoy it longer. And if you plan, you won't have the usual spills. This whisk, I have had several, is the best one to date. The cradle is more stable than most, it is very powerful, the on/off button is slightly tricky, but once you get how it works it works well. Just do yourself a favor and whisk your liquids in a large whisking pitcher; I measure my drink by pouring it into the cup I will drink out of first, allow some foam room, then put it in a whisk pitcher and whisk away with no spills! This whisk is rechargeable, has plenty of power, the position of the switch is as such that it does not turn on when picked up, has a good cradle to hold it off the counter, all of which were on my must have list! Hint: press on/off switch to turn on, keep your thumb on it, to turn it off press down and hold until it stops, to increase power, push the button one quick push, more power push one more quick push.... holding the button down turns it off. Enjoy

I bought another milk frother - the PowerLix Milk Frother - and it had barely enough oomph to froth the milk. Within the 3 months the power switch was flaky and the thin shaft caused the unit to vibrate and not get up to speed. The Ximu is sooo much better. It's rechargeable and has 3 speeds. It's run two weeks on a single charge with no isge of slowing down. At the slowest speed it's more powerful than the PowerLix and easily froths my cappuccino. The second and third speeds are so powerful it will spin your coffee right out of the mug and all over everything; you'll quickly learn how to shut it off (hold and press power) instead of cycling through all the speeds. Not complaining - this is not a bad problem to have! It doesn't come with a USB cable or charger, but given how many phones I've had and the drawer full of old chargers and cables we all have I think that's a smart and green move by Ximu. I was hoping I didn't need to spend $80 or so for a reliable milk frother, thanks to Ximu I don't. Highly recommended. Updated 2 years later. This frother still charges and runs flawlessly. Has enough woomph to blend soup, melted chocolate and thick sauces. Zero complaints

There are several of these on the market and this is my first frother. What at easy way to whip up some foam to top your morning drink! This frother along with my K-Cups makes a competitive drink compared to the $ drinks at my coffee shop. The frother is high speed, even on the lowest speed setting. I have yet to run down the battery in 6 weeks of use, but it will easily recharge via USB. Cleanup is easy, just a quick rinse and return it to its stand to dry. Hold the single button to turn it off because just pressing it and releasing jumps to the next higher speed and your drink might start flying out of your cup. The other attachments could be useful. I tried the whipper attachment thinking it would easily scramble eggs but the speed was too high for a normal bowl and eggs went everywhere - a cup would probably work. Overall, a cool tool that does one thing, and does it very well.

I should have returned it as soon as I unpackaged it: the handle was cracked open at the seam. But it snapped back with a firm grip, so I thought “WTH,” and plugged it in the charger. (FYI, Its only use was to mix my protein powder with milk … and the result is no thicker than a glass of chocolate milk.) Initially, it charged and subsequently ran on all three speeds ALMOST every time. The seam of the handle, however, continued to open frequently. Then it began to charge erratically; spontaneously turn on as if possessed, and stop just as unpredictably. By the end of the second month, the “on/off” switch and power settings began to fail on an irregular basis, and the recharge also became increasingly sporadic. As of this writing, it is officially dead. Though I was initially going to consign it to the recycled electronics pile, I felt compelled to review “The Short Happy Life of Fancy Frother” (my apologies, Mr. Hemingway😔) BECAUSE … When it WORKED? It worked incredibly well!!! I admit I’m a dedicated fanatic of kitchen tools. I’m passionate about excellent knives, essential electronics and yes: even unique gizmos that perform but one function — but do it exceedingly well. This little gizmo was EXACTLY what I needed and I was pleased: it SAID what it DID and DID what it SAID. I LOVED it! I would hope the manufacturer/distributor reads this, takes it to heart, and corrects whatever defects or lack of quality control led to the short life of my frother. May it now rest in peace and may anyone else who reads this beware!

fácil de lavar, usar, la pila dura bastante. lo compré hace unos meses y todavía no lo tengo que recargar.

I purchased this long ago so quite enough time has passed to leave a truthful review. It works great and holds a charge for quite a while. My only complaint is with the whip attachment. Within a couple months after receiving the frother, the plastic that holds the whip loops together broke causing the whip attachment to fall apart as it was in the drawer, not even being in use and it hadn’t even been used. Considering my primary reason for purchasing this was the frother and not the whipping attachment, I decided to keep it anyway.

Absolutely wonderful! I like the weight, the versatility of it, the power ( three levels btw) and its sleek design that literally will fit anywhere on your counterspace. What do I love about it? The battery doesn't die after one frothing I partially charged it ( for half an hour) and it's still alive! I've made about 20 ice coffees with it so far! I suggest buying one for you and one for a friend for Christmas. It's nothing like the cheap $10 ones that take batteries. This charges by USB and is easy to clean and the battery charge last soooooook much longer. There are three speed settings, and whipping coffee no longer takes a minute Literally 20 seconds or less xo What do I dislike about it? Nothing! But i do wish it came with a little travel case to take it camping!

Le type de bouton pour mettre en marche est exécrable pour éteindre faut passer toutes les vitesses c'est ridicule tout virevoltent partout et c'est le dégâts assuré ! Le changement d'outils est tout aussi mal foutu ! Mauvais produit!

This frother works great, I even bought another one as a gift. The unit is so strong the coil flew right off the end of the frother attachment, wheee! There's probably a way to reattach it, if anyone at XIMU has a suggestion I'd love to hear it. Too late to return the unit, blerg.
