Works great!!
Everything about this insert I love. The fun color options, the realistic log and flames but a few things could be better. The natural flame option looks too red in color if more yellow and orange were added it would be perfect and the heat output is weaker than the previous one I had but neither are deal breakers!! Its quiet and the fun colors are mesmerizing.

Size is off a bit
Seems like it will work but we just got this today. The measurements were a bit off which caused a slight problem. The height is closer to 18.5 inches as opposed to 16.6. Shipping was pretty fast. So far so good.

No more black hole
It's a great addition to the man cave and to fill up spot in a black hole fireplace. It makes a excellent centerpiece to the living space. It really livens up the room and gives off a nice steady warm gentle heat source the shipping was much faster than originally determined.
