Awesome dell laptops 3567. 15.6Full hd screen is awesome. I m full impress with dell support team. I was having some doubts and they clear all my doubts on phone itself around 1 hrs he talk to me and explained each n everything. I got 15 month mc caffe antivirus plus i checked the dell warranty online its showed that my dell warranty is going to expire on 16-oct-2019 and i purchased it on 10-oct-2018 n delivered on 14-oct-2018. The main benefits of buying this laptop is you get lifetime validity of Windows 10 and ms office validity. I got this for 29*998 amazing pricing. This is my first laptop and i m fully happy and satisfied by both dell and amazon services and product quality is too good looks very premium but little heavy. I asked the dell care about drivers and windows 10 key they told that windows keys are not required because its always there in motherboard and drivers can be installed from there dell site. The laptop was working good. Little slow but dell care told after doing updates it will improve hope so. Basically this laptop is for general uses such as browsing / watching movies or videos plus for office purposes. Its not for hard gaming. The processor speed is 2.3 ghz which is quite good. But trust me guys dell customer support is too good awesome they don't see time they help u till the end your problems are not resolved. Thanx to amazon dell and the dealer grabagadget.Sound quality is loud and awesome it has dolby speakers was works awesome. Can play YouTube 1080 p hd. Laptop and adapter doesn't heat. The very important thing is its a anti glare display. Wifi and Bluetooth connectivity is very good.Note* without full updates it will work very slow. Once updated fully its works good. It starts in 12-18 seconds and if we open ms word it takes 15 seconds.Considering price speed is good. U wont regrets buying this product due fhd + anti glare display / windows 10 lifetime validity / Ms office 2016 lifetime validity / looks premium / very good battery backup around 5-6 hrs / batteries are removable / awesome keyboard / dolby audio quality awesome / dell customer support services is awesome / display very bright. And the best part is laptop and adapter doesn't heat up at all. I have used for more than 12hrs first day for updates but it doesn't heated at all and Adapter too.

I am purchas this laptop on 9th May, Delivery very next day, I m impressed, but when I start 1st time I thought this laptop is worst very late response that time taken 20 min time to start, very slow in 1st boot,Then I realized because of MaAfee antivirus this laptop getting slower, then I removed the antivirus & update the all software, now laptop is working fine, smooth & very good response.I don't know about another people who is given the bed reviews,If it is possible to try my way I think you will get very good response...

Writing this review after using laptop for around 6-7 months. Biggest mistake I did while buying this laptop was that looked for spec only and igonred user comments, most of which now I find true. My last laptop was of dell and was superb, but this one is nightmare. A very disappointing laptop from dell.1. Despite having core i3 7th gen it is slower than my previous laptop with dual core.2. Speaker quality is also mediocre. Very low volume.3. Still struggling with touchpad buttons which are not separate buttons but part of one strip so try to click left & get right clicked.4. Keyboard layout is abysmal, keys for common combination are miles apart like can't press ctrl+ home with on hand.5. Navigation arrows are also so small that to play games have configured other keys as them.

I am writing this review after 8 monthsPros :Looks are goodAudio video quality is goodBattery life is also satisfactoryComes with Windows 10Cons :It is really slow . And I have been facing this problem from day one . The boot time is slow and daily operation is slow . So if you are a heavy user , you will surely be disappointed with the speed . I mean my other 10 year old lenovo laptop running windows 7 is faster than this. So somewhere you have to compromise with this laptop.

Since it's a new laptop, the battery life is pretty good.. ( getting battery life of 4-5 hours) . so far no complaints. The keyboard is very long so feels like plastic.( Not sturdy) The sound quality is good but volume is low. The great thing is it is a 7th generation Core i3 Laptop with Windows 10 64bit Genuine version factory installed. Only thing is that ,the MS office given is only a trial version. As per Dell offer got McAfee Antivirus complete pack for 1.5 years free license.( Factory installed). Laptop bag is also not provided., But that's ok,The product was delivered on time and packing was also good. Value for money , brought during Amazon festival offer period so got instant Rs 2000 off on SBI Debit card. Thank you Amazon.

A worthy product to possess. Combined with the Amazon experience, you will love it.The product comes with pre-installed Windows and Office. You will need to charge first and then upon start, you will need to complete the first OS boot process. The first few initail boots will be slower. This is normal. Once your system is up, and windows upgraded to latest versions via LAN or WiFi, the system is ready to use.

I bought this product 4months ago ,and im using it from 4months such a worst laptop.It always hangs,it didn't working properly.The screen is going blank for suddenly when it was using and taking lof of time to start again..it is not responding to some applications.. Battery life was quite impressive and sound was good...but coming to its performance was so bad...it was very slow...it taking much time to start...so dont buy this product guys...i think the product is new but the mother board was used one i think...Amazon generating used Mother boards and used parts and manufacturing dell named laptops, and selling them with offer names.....pls do not buy......there is no ms office in it..then y r u displaying it in features
