I purchased this for my 6-year-old child and have noticed it's excellent for mental wellness. Initially, I attempted to try it myself but didn't find it palatable and felt nauseated. Surprisingly, my child has no issues and actually enjoys it. Despite my personal experience, I believe it's beneficial for overall health.

Stone capsules
I just opened it today and all the capsules are sticked together..i tried my best to take them out one by one but its not coming out...its already too expensive..and the window for return is closed now...and shows its expiry date till 2029...how can i use it now...its a total loss..worth less
