They work and look pretty bright
Install was fast and easy. I have a 2016 Chevy Silverado 1500. On my truck I only have 1 red light and 2 white lights, so this kit has 1 bulb more than I need. These fit right in. I did have a metal burr on the contact in one of the white bulb sockets. Funnily, it was the first socket I tried to install a bulb into so I thought these might have issues fitting like some of the reviews I had read reported. I moved on to the other 2 sockets and they went right in easy and snug enough I am not worried about them rattling loose. I looked in the first socket and saw the burr along the outer edge of one of the contacts. Most likely a defect from the factory that noone noticed for 9 years since the glass bulbs are shaped a little different instead of this flat edge connector of these new LED bulbs. I knocked the burr off with a small flat head and after that the new bulb went right in. If you have trouble installing your light, take a look in the socket and make sure you don't have anything odd that might be interfering and confirm if you have the issue in all sockets. The lights are decently bright and work in all the right conditions like hitting the brake, engaging reverse and hitting the bed light button. I'm pretty happy with these. Hopefully they last at least as long as standard bulbs.
