Best Dog Treat/Toy Ever!!!
Got two of these for our standard goldendoodles for Christmas. They have not stopped chewing on them since. They LOVE them! The treat inserts are kind of a cross between a nylabone and a pressed rawhide. Durable, but also definitely edible. They wear the domed part out fairly easily but the part that’s stuck under the outer edges of the ball are a challenge. They chew and chew. Keeps them busy for hours. For those stating their dogs were able to get the treat inserts out easily, I have to wonder if they’re using the wrong size inserts. Nearly impossible to get in or out. Very tight fit. I’ve taken out the ring of what’s left on a treat insert after they’ve chewed on it for hours and hours, and I have to use a screwdriver to help hold the edge of the ball so I can pry it out. And it hurts my fingers. Just make sure you get the same size treat inserts as the ball size you got and I don’t see how it would be possible for a dog to pull them out. We’ve gone through three inserts per dog bc they chew so much on them. The treat inserts are pricey so that’s the only downside. Highly recommend this treat ball if you need to satisfy the urge to chew or stave off boredom for your dogs!

Chew-Zilla was denied destruction
I have a year and a half old chocolate Labrador retriever, Loki, that chews and chews hard. I bought this toy because a neighbor who has a yellow lab has had the same toy for over a year. I can buy a toy and Loki will have it broken or severely damaged within minutes. It's easy to kiss 10 dollar toys good bye in less than 10 minutes. I have had the product for about a month and it is by far Loki's favorite toy, even without treats. I have played tug of war, fetch, and other dog favorite games; the ball-like object is in perfect condition still. He will carry the toy about the house in his mouth, very regal and proud looking, as if he's King In The Castle. Some dog toys over time will gain a very bad odor. After a month of constant use, this thing does not give off an odor that I can tell. I won't put my nose or mouth near it, but from a couple of feet away, it still seems to smell like new. If this ever gains an odor of some sort, I will probably resort to washing it and then adding some vanilla extract to the water to give it a humanly pleasant flavor. I have done this for other toys and Loki seems to have a renewed interest in them. I have not allowed him to take the toy outside as we have several feet of snow and that would just be begging to be lost. Based on the design, this thing will be a dirt magnet on the inside, especially since my backyard is in quasi-woods with zero grass. The treats that came with it seemed to be enjoyable for Loki. It took him about an hour and a half to eat. He didn't figure out how to pop them out as some people have stated. He just gnawed and licked it the whole time. The treats are a bit expensive, as I can buy raw hides or real bones for less. Peanut butter is your friend. Smear some on the inside and Loki goes crazy trying to lick and clear it. You can break up dog treats or put dog food in it and it will slow them down. Loki has become an expert at getting them out, removing them in less than a minute. With all of that said and done, I would highly recommend this treat to anyone who has a dog that can truly chew. It has held up over a month, which is very rare for a dog toy, and it has done so with not a scratch or gouge to the toy which has never been done. I put these on the same level as the dog toys from Old Navy!

Great dog treat holder
Our dog loves this treat ball. I put a small dog biscuit in it and it keeps him busy for a while. They are very sturdy and have held up well against a 90# chocolate lab. It is easy to clean, I run it under hot water to remove the slobber. The last one bought is a heavier thickness of material and makes him work a bit harder.

Pit Bull Owners take note...almost a good solid 2 years of product testing done.
I rarely (if ever) write reviews but I will on this product. After nearly 2 years, I decided I owed kudos to the maker of this product whether they intended the toy for this particular use I mention below or not. Being a pit bull owner and constantly looking for toys that my Pit Bull CAN NOT destroy, finding a toy is nearly impossible. "Indestructible" is hardly a believable sell when it comes to my pit. As a matter of fact I buy her toys specifically knowing she will destroy them and get satisfaction from doing so... usually a mess to clean up too. This was another toy I purchased just to see "how long till she can destroy this?" and nearly 2 years later that thing is STILL in one piece. The Facts and my take: The whole treat thing was cool, but she ripped that thing out and ate it in about 10 minutes and I never replaced it. For me that isn't the selling point. The selling point for me as a pit bull owner is the toy itself. it's rubbery, easy to throw around the house without damaging anything, it's easy to grab and pull and I don't know how, but it still hasn't been destroyed by her. GRANTED.. I'm not going to say there aren't battle scars here and there, but I play toss and fetch and especially play tug of war with her (which is a huge stress test as any pit owner knows) and she tries chewing that thing but to no avail. it still stands. I also use it to challenge her by shoving treats in there, peanut butter, etc... so no need to keep replacing the treats that come with the toy itself. Most other treats will work. So Pit Owners (or any other owners of the destructive pets), the real value in this toy is not only the durability, but the versatility. Almost 2 years later I don't think I will need to replace this toy and it has been a true value to me but more-so my pet.

Got a large bento ball for my large dog, since she kept stealing my smaller dog’s medium stump toy. Both dogs steal each other’s Starmark toy! It really does keep them occupied for a long time! The large bento ball has large gaps so kibble fall out easily. I don’t need to use the caps to keep them occupied, but it’s always a nice and healthy treat when it is on. The rubber is super durable and fun for the dogs to chew on. The dogs love them so much, I want to buy more designs to keep them entertained!
