Multi-Purpose: Great Cache and Wick Watering Pots
I use these as cache pots for plants I leave in the grower pots. They work great, are sturdy, easy on the eye and perfect for my purpose. ..... If I were to use them as self-watering, I'd leave the plant in the grower pot and thread a piece of damp yarn or string through the pot to use as a wick. This way I can check the reservoir water level without disturbing the plant. If you try this, every six weeks or so remove the pot and let clean water run through to remove any salt buildup.

Great, Affordable Beginner Pots
Honestly, these were my first "set" of planter pots that I bought. I kept looking at more expensive, ceramic and/or clay pots and refused to bite the bullet and ended up "settling" on these. For their price, I do not think you can find a better deal. These are great for novice plant parents like myself (I bought these roughly 2 months ago).I will say; however, to do your research on your plants before planting them in these potters. From my experience, plants that like to "completely dry out" between watering should NOT be planted in these. As although the roots are kept above the actual water, the water remains at the bottom and continuously keeps the soil moist. My dracaena "janet craigs" did not like this and I ended up having to re-pot them into a terracotta. Otherwise, I have had no other issues. I'm currently using them as "hanging planters" since they are so light. I ended up spray painting them over with a "glossy white" finish to give him a bit more of a chic look (but they looked just fine without it too).Again, for the price that you pay and the number of pots that you receive, I do not think you can beat this product.

Love these pots for my orchids
I use these as decorative pots for my orchids, since they are planted in plastic pots with holes for better air movement. I soak my orchids once a week so the pots make it so easy. They are sleek and beautiful and make my plants look amazing.

Won’t repot until spring
Overall the pot is a nice addition to our home we ordered the black 6” pots and I can’t wait to use them for hanging plants. See if they actually work well is one thing I’m excited for the most and the ability to not have to pull down my plants to water them. Right now it’s a chore to get all the plants down, set them in overflow trays and wait for them the butt chug. I’d still use my water meter and check my plants before watering as usual but it will be nice to not have to move them and possibly ruin their foliage. I would like to order more for my bigger plants in the future but will need to make sure my other plants will be fine first. The black is matte and it reminds me of stone.

Bought these for the office
Great lightweight planter pots with an insert. Purchased the white ones and they are simple in design and perfect for an office environment where other décor changes.

Very Realistic Stone-Look
Would buy again! I was very impressed with how realistic the stone texture was on this pot, despite the fact that it's made of lightweight plastic. I was going to use it for flower arrangement centerpieces, but the client was on a tight budget and chose a set of smaller galvanized metal pots that was more cost-effective. This would have been a great option otherwise because it was water-tight, which is difficult to find in plastic flowerpots. I wish it came in other "stone" colors such as gray and terracotta because then the stone would look even more realistic. I would definitely buy this again if i needed something like this for another project!

Pretty good pots
These are nice enough pots. I wish they had either a drain plug underneath or a watering line included to draw the water up to the plant roots. As the pots come, the “self watering” feature is useless until the plants grow roots down to the reservoir at the bottom. As such, no drain plug adds to the issue and can lead to root rot since there’s no way for newly potted plants to utilize water built up at the bottom.

Nice pots
So I found that the best way to use these pots was to place a clear 9cm pot inside them, with string trailing from the clear pot into the water reservoir. Without the additional pot you can't see the water level. They're very sturdy and look really smart.

Good value for money.
I used this product to plant little cuttings individually. The pots are good value for money compared to any of the garden centres. Sturdy and yet lightweight. The pots arrived at the estimated day. Wrapping sufficient to protect the product, no excessive wrapping.Glad with purchase.

Great value for money
Nice plain plastic pots with self drainage. One thing to be aware of: the self drenaige bottom layer take up a good amount of space in the pot, so the height for repotting your plant is probably less than expected

Very good idea for someone who waters them to much or forgets to water them
I tend to slightly over water my plants so the idea of it being self watering is awesome as the water will seep to the bottom and then when it need it the plant can absorb it back up from the little contraption at the bottom. It's also a nice colour pot
