Repel 94116-1 Insect, clear

Really nice candles. They are in a rugged construction which is great for outdoors. We had mosquitoes and even crickets and large stink bugs being attracted to the balcony because of the dining room lights but since we have been lighting the candles , we haven’t seen any. I am sure this will not work for all bugs but very happy that is making a difference so far and is allowing us to enjoy the balcony more. For best results, light two or three candles and keep it running outdoors for 15-20 mins before going to your outdoor space.

This candle is amazing and works better than expected. It advertises that it burns up to 40 hours but mine burned at least 60 or more. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Could improve packaging to prevent damage I had one candle which had a crack on the base yet still works with no leak I live in the FLA keys which has mosquitoes problems. candle is a first rate with triple wick holds the mosquitoes back and last 42 hr on the first one I used better prick than I can get at local box stores

I went from getting 30 mosquito bites in an hour to maybe two or three. So the candle does work oh, but it really stinks

I like the fact that the candles have 3 wicks - It repeals for up to 40 hours. I go out earlier so that the repellent has time to work before guests arrive. I would buy again for sure

Put simply, nothing but barrier netting or another physical boundary is going to repel mosquitos effectively at peak mosquito hours, dawn and dusk during late spring, all summer and early fall. Outside of that time period, these work reasonably at repelling if you form a perimeter. That means you'll need AT LEAST a half dozen. However, they are also candles and plagued with candle-related issues. They can be hard to light, wont stay lit in the wind, burn unevenly, wicks break, etc.

Well made, good design, 4 wicks in each candle, flames stays lit. Handle makes it easy to carry.
