Great battery for my 2012 HD Streetglide. Been 2 months of cold weather and no issues

I kept buying cheap batteries and my RZR would never start. It would be ok for a few months, but then it would have a dead battery again. I bought two of these batteries and it has started reliably for several months now.

Put the YUASA GYZ32HL in my last bike a 2014 H-D Limited. Great battery! Turns over started so much faster and starts quicker. My new H-D CVO Limited has a high compression engine. Starter turns slowly and drags. So even though it’s a new bike, I ordered the same battery beaded upon last results. Battery came in quickly. Has a sticker that says check voltage before installing. If below 12.8 fully charge before installing. Well this battery tested at 12.3 which indicates a state of discharge. Put it on a NOCO Genius G1100 Advanced Smart Charger. It showed a charge of less than 25%. Concerned I contacted YUASA. The date code is etched at the back too right if the battery. The date code indicated a manufactured date of at least nine months ago. YUASA and proper authorized dealers put a boot charge on stored batteries every three months and then put a white date code sticker on the side of the battery. My new battery was not stored properly prior to sale. No boost charge and allowed to discharge to a detrimental level. I’ve had it on a 1.1 Amp Smart Charger for 24 hours and it’s still not fully charged. If it takes a full charge I’ll try it out. However YUASA told me that they recommend NOT buying their batteries on Amazon because of numerous complaints of old and defective batteries delivered. Also that Amazon is not an authorized YUASA retailer. They have not been trained in the proper aging out, storage and boosting if YUASA batteries. So use Caution! If you call or email YUASA they will decode the date code. CHECK VOLTAGE BEFORE INSTALLING IN YOUR BIKE!

First one I got was damaged in shipment. Seller worked very well with me and I had a replacement in two days. Bought this to replace an aging battery in my Harley. Fits properly, good value for the money. Yuasa brand batteries are top notch for any motorcycle. Has the cranking amps my motorcycle needs to fire right up

I would be nice if these had a manufacture date on them

I have a 2010 Harley Ultra Classic and my battery died on me when i was ready to take her out for a ride.The battery i took out of her was an Xrated Throttle after market.That battery was installed 4yrs ago by previous owner.He always had it on a trickle charger and me as well. I was going to go with a stock Harley battery but after i learned it only has 405 CCA there was no way.After checking all the after market batterys with the majority of them shipped from China or Asian origins with no markings of true CCA stamped anywhere on their battery.I decided to go with the Yuasa brand.Its American made and has 500 CCA stamped on the battery.The GYZ32HL fit my 2010 Ultra perfectTerminals were also on the correct side.Amazon will tell you it will not fit but their wrong.It was the exact size with correct terminal placements.Before i installed the battery i put it on my BatteryMinder trickle charger to install it the next morning.The battery had a full charge the next morning and i hooked my battery tester to see the health of the battery and the CCA reading.The test came out with a healthy battery reading.It had a reading of 560 CCA with over 13 volts.So i know i got a good battery.After the install she fired right up super quick.I will keep it on a tender when not in use and hope it will last me awhile.Why settle for 405 CCA when you have a bagger with all the extra lights and accessories. There are other altrenatives.
