It seems to be working, at about three weeks in, but it weakens the nails and makes the skin sore. So my nails are clearing up, but several are red and sore.

I tried lots of product and nothing worked. Then I tried prescription gel with 40% of urea in it and it started to work. Unfortunately, I ran out of that gel and I was looking for something similar to continue my treatment. This Fungal Blend 10 gel works great and I don’t need a prescription for that.

This product that I bought is actually very fast acting and doesn’t require a lot of prepping and the best of all the price is very competitive. And I would buy this again.

I have been using every product I could get my hands on (including Podiatrist RX) but to no avail for a stubborn toenail fungus... I stopped using everything else, and tried this gel ... I saw almost immediate results, but then it seemed to slow down... With a fungus, the toenails become quite thick And its hard for medicines to penetrate to start healing,, I filed the top of the toenail to thin it out, reapplied the gel, and started seeing the results I had hoped to achieve.. I will continue to use this product!!! Give it a try... it takes a while, but you will see results.

Worked great. I filed down my nails paper thin and used the whole bottle as directed. Previous attempts with such products haven't worked.

Didn't work for nail debridement. Appears to be one of those entirely ineffective, topical nail fungus treatments instead of a softening product. Snake oil and a waste of money at this expensive price, four times of what we'd paid for a treatment that's medically proven to debride. We've used 40% urea creams before to remove a toenail. The process took 3-5 days and was painless with no irritation, a cream was applied thickly and covered with included patches overnight until the nail gently and cleanly detatched (Canesten brand). This product has a thin and watery consistency reminiscent of nail polish. It dries out in about a minute. Even when two or three layers are applied in the evening, the nail does not soften. We actually feel the plate becomes more brittle and likely to break into painful fragments. We live in a very dry climate. It's a huge amount that could easily be used on 10 toes for weeks on end - absolutely not scaled for nail debridement. Their customer service replies promptly, asks to apply (no mention in which quantity) once a day and rotate by 12h with another of their products, but also says " We have never had a customer who claims the product doesn’t work." We had just claimed exactly that. -.- No inquiry for details from their side. So from that line of argument, we are pushed to believe we are indeed not the first at all, this is not just the one batch or case, and we change our rating accordingly.
