Can i use this while driving or just while parked?

hi, we advise you use it on the backseat for passenger use, no matter driving or parked.

What is the largest laptop that this tray will hold?

Well, I returned it because it wouldn't hold anything. It constantly tilted down no matter how much I tightened the knobs. I think I had a 17-inch laptop at the time.

Can this be installed in the front passenger seat for usage?

Hi. Better for seat back usage. U can refer to the video.
