Anna came in an official Disney frozen box, price was great, it's always a worry when you find something cheap whether it'll be fake or not but it's definitely a original and not fake, doll is great, daughter loves it, her clothes arnt easy to take off which is great if your child constantly likes to get her dolls naked!

Lovely doll with great detail. I wasn’t too keen on her hair which isn’t as beautiful and soft looking as portrayed in the pictures; it’s more stiff and spikey (see picture). The outfit is lovely and soft and the colours are beautiful, totally on point with the one worn in the film. One thing I don’t like about it though is that the cape it attached to the main dress. This means you cannot take the cape off ever! I found the cape got in the way a lot when playing with her with my daughter and it’s frustrating you can’t take it off. Another reason for knocking off a star is that I’m not keen on Anna’s painted legs...because her legs are painted orange rather than just giving her tights means that you can’t put any other outfit on her. My daughter likes to play shops where the dolls all change outfits and with Annas bright orange legs, she can’t really wear anything that isn’t floor length.

Purchased as a Christmas present for my five-year-old fourth cousin on my wife's side sounds a bit distant but she's not. Perfect present she loves it typically as a little girl she likes dressing up in fancy clothes. Fitted very well.

Like most little girls my Granddaughter is mad about Frozen so we bought Anna to add to her collection of the characters from the show. Anna is beautiful, she is well made and is a great addition. I would buy from this sellser again

For my 3-year-old daughter, who is Frozen mad, this has been a great present for her. Looks very similar to the character from the movies, and cannot really find much fault from that. Myself, I'd like to have seen a bit more flexibility in the doll, i.e the knees to be able to be bent so that you can sit them down on chairs if you want to. They are, really what they are though. just small dolls for playing with. My daughter loves her and has been playing non-stop since getting her. So for that, I can only a, she must be a good doll to play with.

the doll was ok, i already have elsa so wanted to buy anna as well. it came perfectly packaged and there were no issues with the doll as other reviewers has described. very happy with the purchase.
