I have used this device at multiple depths from .25 to 1.5 and it works beautifully. At depths greater than .5mmyou MUST use a numbing cream for at least 20 min first. Also it is so important that you do your research on youtube regarding how to use this device.This device is easy to use, wireless or wired and has multiple speeds. Dr. Pen makes several cartridge types including nano cartridges and all are reasonably priced. You will not be disappointed withthis purchase.Love it and highly recommend it.

I have horrible acne scars. This model comes with plenty of microneedle heads. This model has a cord which I like. It also has a two batteries. I use the cord. I use BAHA hyaluronic acid with it. I've used it 3 times. I use it on the 2.5 level...scars are almost gone! I can't wait until they are completely diminished which I know will happen with this Microneddling brand! High quality! Worth every penny!

I’m disappointed to say that I wasted my time with this product. It was completely dead, the lights never turned on, and the charger didn’t work. I contacted Customer support and they gave me a link to her contact info to get a replacement but the seller wasn’t even reachable! If you care about your time and money don’t purchase this product. You’re better off buying it off of the Dr.Pen website!
