Great item. Sturdy, easy to assemble and a great value. The biggest problem is the vendor ships it in the items box and it gets damaged in transit. I had to order 3 to get one that made the shipping journey. If they would simply put inside another box it would arrive in perfect condition. Overall 4 stars for shipping 5 stars for the item.

It gets moldy if you use it in the shower
The media could not be loaded. This only lasted 2 months. And I missed the return window.I advise you to only buy this if your not planning on using it directly in shower or wet area.

Mold after using for a few weeks
It was a sturdy shower stool. The main problem we had with it was mold. There was mold all over it after using it for only a few weeks and we ended up throwing it out.
