Does not do what it says on the tin.
I bought this paint for a very important project for my Daughters 30th birthday. I shouldn't have bothered. It is so thin that you can't spray it without it running. If you have an upright surface all the Metallic flakes settle to the bottom, and as for touch dry in 15 minutes...... the paint was still fully wet after 90 mins. I used to spray cars for a living and have never found a paint this bad.
