False Description
It says the XL belt is 55” but it is only 49.5” long. Your waist measurement waist could only be 46” to 47” to fit this belt because you need some overlap to secure the belt. I also did not receive the “free gift’’ of the extend belt. Also, the color was described as pink but it is beige. The color to me really did not matter and I am ok with the beige belt. I only mentioned this for people expecting a pink belt.I can only attest to the description and not how the product works since I could not use the product as received.

Good product. I recommend this belt for lower back pain relief.
Belt arrived as described. I’m not especially crazy over the color but options are limited. Would have preferred a more skin toned color. Belt fit perfectly on me but I suspect others may consider it a little small. It pumps up really well and you can actually feel it kind of straightening your posture. After a few minutes I could actually feel some pain relief in the lower back area. I recommend this belt if you are looking for some lower back pain relief.

Works well but don't expect miracles
The belt is easy to put on and comfortable to wear. It did help to reduce pain but not eliminate it completely
