Laptop was looking good. But the 3rd day it stopped working as sudden. I bought from appario retail. Don't know why they are sending us such faulty product.

Received a dead laptop. Despite so many calls and scheduling many pickups product still not picked up. Amazon sitting on my money and caring the least for a customer. PATHETIC SERVICE FROM AMAZON.

4 days with the product, very fast due to the SSD, gorgeous display, fast fingerprint scanner, quite light and very good build qyality. Feels very sturdy, comes with ms office(only word, powerpoint and excel) 1 yr subscription. Also comes with mcafee 1 yr subscription. No issues of heating till now, though i havent run any graphics intensive softwares.

It's been 4 days since I've received this laptop.Pros:1. Screen quality is good. The full HD screen is a delight to watch content. Brightness is decent.2. Solid build. No flex. No chance of display getting damaged when you fill your laptop backpack to the fullest possible with clothes and other things.3. The performance is great! Thanks to 1 TB SSD. No lags. There are no heating issues either. Fans are quiet too!4. The backlit keyboard is super cool and useful!5. The trackpad is the best among all the other positives.Cons:Keyboard experience is not good especially because of its low key travel.It's not that bad but it could have been better. It takes time to get used to this.

Worst service. God forbid, but if the laptop turns out defective, as in my case, just say good bye and write it off. Amazon ensures, you read it right, ensures that you don’t get a replacement.

Updated Review after replacement and 1+ year usage:Great laptop. Fast startup. Good Sound. Screen is great. Worked like a charm with Windows 10.Battery draining with windows 11 but I guess that is a Windows 11 issue. Go for it.Original Review:Bad speakers. Loose parts Making sound. Need replacement.

All the information was accurate, but the battery life (once fully charged) seems to be wrong. It was written 12 hours per mobile mark. But I want to add the battery life is 6 hours average. And the most beautiful thing is its IPS antiglare display. Its awesome and can cast detailed colourful images with a 180 degree clear viewing angle. And the engineering of the keyboard is superb, due to which I can type more fast compare to other laptops. I like this island type keyboard with fascinating backlit keyboard. I have delayed in posting my review...but this is a ultra slim, light weight, good looking product with an affordable price.

I bought lenovo s540 14inch (i5, 1TB SSD) in 67k. Laptop is very light weighted, extremely slim and glossy. Start-up time is very less, finger sprint sensor works as charm and laptop doesn't make much sound. When I started Visual Studio 2019, fan were started but still it was still very quite for me.Things to note when you receive the product:1. You have to plug power cord while turning on laptop for first time. This way it will make sure that you are the first one to use it.2. Connect laptop with wi-fi so that it can download MS Office and other software pre-loaded.3. Warranty will be back dated. You need to call Lenovo Customer Care and send email with packaging receipt (provided by Amazon) so that they can update your warranty start date accordingly.
