How do i charge the battery?

You will have to purchase a Lipo charger. It is always best to buy a high-quality Lipo charger. And you should also purchase a Lipo charging bag. Lipo batteries I’ve been known to catch fire while they’re charging so it is always a good idea to have it in a bag or on a non-flammable surface and outside when you were charging it. There are plenty of YouTube videos on this.

Does this esc work with ppm protocol?

PPM protocol is refering to digital signal output from the transmitter. Almost ALL 2.4 Ghz aircraft radios output PPM signals. The RECEIVER receives the PPM signal from the transmitter and translates it into PWM signals which are used to control the ESC and servos.
