Endless fun!
This game kept my boys busy for hours, building and rebuilding. It is very easy to connect and disconnect the pieces. Obviously, with marbles, it is best suited for kids over 3 years old. I highly recommend. So fun!

Keeps them entertained
We've had this run since June and my kids still love playing with it. I bought it for my 5 yr old's birthday. He and his friends love it. Regarding the sturdiness - it's about as sturdy as they come - I'm not sure what people were expecting. Does it fall apart, occasionally, but it usually happens when they try to build it too tall or without strategically placing the base parts or if it gets knocked over because they are really excited about what they are doing. As a comparison, if my kids stacked Legos of all the same size bricks this tall it would fall apart as well. This really isn't a toy for a 2.5-3 yr old, my youngest constantly knocks it over and it falls apart when it topples over. He still loves to play with it, but needs help.I wasn't bothered by the lack of instructions, however, my wife did not agree at first. Part of the fun is building different runs and figuring out where the marbles will go. It really encourages problem solving, logic, creative thinking and reasoning skills.I wish we had bought the bigger set as the kids fight over the pieces. It's best for 1 or 2 kids. This is made of a hard thick rigid plastic. It will break before it bends though we haven't had any break.I do wish it had better storage - the cardboard box didn't last long and doesn't have a closure.Overall - one of the best toys we've bought.

FUN!!
This was purchased as a birthday gift for my 3 year old grandson. It is a huge hit! He initially needed help for the consrtuction, but has learned how to build a structure himself. Good lessons in cause and effect, planning and physics are learned when building. The delight in this toy has not lessened - the thrill of the noise and the marbles running brings smiles to him and his younger sister - and his dad!I am a bit concerned about the longevity of the pieces. The "necks" on the pieces that hold them together may prove to be the weak link. But the hours spent running the marbles will ,hopefully, be manyOne issue - the marbles seem to be smaller than some available on the market. We had some marbles that were too large to run the race!Great toy!

Great Concept but Lacked A Few Essentials
Love the concept of this toy. Both my 4 year old daughter and 6 year old boy LOVE playing with it! However, i did NOT come with instructions to put it together AND the curvy parts are inverted. It's takes a long time to figure out a functional construction of this marble run. Once we got it together the right way.......it was really cool. Still needed a few more parts to improve it's functions.

It's Okay, But The Kids Like It...
The media could not be loaded. I'd give a three, but since the kids like it, I gave it a four.Once you get it built, it is entertaining. The trouble is getting it built. It doesn't come with directions, but it is fairly easy to just make your own race BUT it is fairly flimsy, and I got frustrated helping my children put it together. Also, you need to have some patience because figuring out how to make the bridges and curves all work properly so the marbles have different paths to go down can be very tricky!I would strongly suggest getting at least the 100 piece set because not only will it give you more to work with, but it will also help to balance the set, because as I stated, this thing can be real flimsy. It fell many times while trying to put it together.

Love it - Great fun for 3 & 5 yr old
My 5 yr old son & 3 yr old daughter love this marble run!I had a few pieces of these from a yardsale find & my kids loved them, so when I found that this was the set they matched & they had good reviews, I purchased as a birthday gift for my 5 yr old son. I noticed some reviewers saying no directions are included, but I think any kid or parent can look at the box for an example or 2 & quickly assemble their own tracks. They are much like legos, once you get the idea of how they work, there are tons of possibilities & more fun to come up with your own track designs anyways.no batteries, hours of fun, I highly recommend. May also want to buy an extra bag of marbles or pick some up at a local craft store.

Wow. Just wow!
Out of the dozen or so presents our 3 year old can't get enough of this. I'm also hooked as the dad, trying to squeeze in my turns. Don't worry about instructions. I followed the picture on the box but we tore that down in no time, as you can build much better configurations on your own so remember to get creative and have fun!!!The build quality is exceptional as other reviewers noted which is why we went with Galt. The pieces transition with ease which encourages building and changes, also no stuck marbles! Very solid toy.
