Does the black feel too hot to wear in full, direct sun?

The sleeves are very breathable. Black in general will be warmer than light colors. I wear these nearly everyday, and I have no complaints.

Does this fit muscle arm?

Muscle arm is a broad term. Simply put would this fit 20-22 inch arms?

Do you wear sun screen on your skin under the sleeve or unnecessary since the sleeve is rated upf50+? i did this and my skin started peeling.

I dont wear sun screen lotion on my arms. I just wear this while I wear my polo's or Tshirt while working. Its really good product.

comfortably tight - not restrictive. A little tighter above elbow. I like them - recommend them.
