Can I use this with the 24/7 day and night cream?

Yes!  You can either use 24/7 in the morning & use beauty sleep in the PM, or, if you want to double-up at night can layer beauty sleep on top of 24/7.  Both work well on their own & even better together!

Can i use this with tretinoin?

I used a retinol at night and use this on my face and neck and hasn't done anything. But I am not a skin care professional so I would definitely talk to one.
