Which grade of stainless steel are they? How thick are the skewers?

I do not know the exact grade of stainless, but these skewers are the real deal. We purchased a few sets for a Brazilian BBQ that we hosted, and these things were AWESOME!!! We have ordered more and they do the job, clean up a treat and look brand new even after some serious use. I love that they fit in the dishwasher, and look good as new. I hope this helps.

I'm interested about skewer's thickness. Does it 2 mm?

My skewers appear to be between 2 and 3 mm thick, more precisely 2.5 mm. They are 25 mm wide.
