Perfect replacement
Just what needed. 7/3/25 Updating my review. 3 stars!! Worked for 6 months!! Worked fine until it didnt. Stopped working yesterday. Changed batteries, tried to repair, doesn't work at all. Frustrating because now I have to buy a replacement remote, again!

Fresh out of the box it worked Flawlessly with the Samsung HW-D450ZA sound bar.
When my package arrived I just popped in some fresh batteries, and it worked flawlessly with my newly acquired Samsung HW-D450ZA sound bar. Gives me access to adjusting every single feature I was missing out on due to the original missing remote. Now I could finally fine tune my volume level and the ambient bass levels, enable the 3d sound plus feature, and even has the smart volume and DRC buttons (great when watching late night movies). What else can I say, this remote is Easily 50% cheaper than the cheapest oem samsung replacement remote I could find online, and not to mention, it gives me total functionality of the unit back once again.. I definitely would recommend this product. If you're looking for a replacement remote compatable with the HW-D450ZA sound bar, you found it.

no instructions whatsoever came with the unit.
Turns on soundbar ok - wouldn't turn off. Lights stay on. Will look for operations manual online to hopefully solve Issue

Died within two weeks
Received on October 4th, worked great for a while, then died today, October 13th. Will not be ordering this again.

May not work exactly like you hoped
Not exactly what I was looking for and doesn’t seem to have all of the functionality that my original remote had. It does work for power and vulture and that’s what was important to me.
