Great adjustable dumbbell!
Dumbbells work great! You just twist the handle and it changes the weight. Much easier than other styles like Bowflex that require you to turn two dials. The dumbbells are a little long which can be awkward during certain exercises and theyâre sometimes a little hard to get back in the rack, but that seems to be common with most adjustable dumbbells. Only drawback I have found is the weight amounts are weird. In pounds it goes 5, 8.3, 9.2, 12.5, 11.5, 15, 16, 19.3, 18.5, 22.5, 27.5, 32, 34, 38.5, 40.5, 45. Aside from that they work really well and I love that they only go up to 45 lbs. I definitely recommend these weights.

Very simple to adjust weight!!
My husband and i have been trying to become healthier lately and we wanted something to help him build muscle and to help me tighten some loose skin. These are absolutely perfect. He lifts way more than i do but since they are very easily adjustable i have no problem turning the dial and boom. Perfect weight for me. Wonderful product for everyone in the family.

Easy to use, saves me space!
Easy to use, compact, and definitely saves space. Seems pretty durable so far. Downside is the weight measurement is in kgs but it's easy to dial in whatever is comfortable to you.
