These silicon arch supports have definitely helped my aching feet - I worked as a postman for 18 months and got flat feet from walking too much with heavy loads. Towards the end I couldn't walk at all, there was that much discomfort. I've been using them for a couple of months now.Im tempted to give it three stars because they could be better - they've stretched a bit and don't fit very snugly any more, and the pad at the bottom could be a little bit thicker, I suspect - but overall they have enabled me to walk without discomfort again. I'm not happy with the lack of instructions included in the box - I was left to work out how to position it correctly, which is a hit and miss business to say the least. If you're wondering, wear it with the narrow end of the teardrop shape pointing towards your toes, with the side going slightly up the side of your foot where the arch is. They really should include instructions.When my arch collapsed, it made my big toes on both feet very uncomfortable because the ball of the foot by the big toeshad been pushed forward by the changes in the arches. They felt like they were becoming bunions, and they kept clicking - I had to avoid putting weight on them which was difficult to say the least.I would wake up in the morning with a strange type of discomfort going up the back of my calves which felt a bit like a kind of numb pain, which made my feet floppy (yes, you can tell I'm not using the correct medical language here!).These supports let me put weight on my big toes again and walk on the whole of my foot like I ought to. I now wear extra wide shoes that let my toes spread out (Merrell and Vivobarefoot are both recommended), and I'm thankfully well on the road to recovery now.Edit 20/03/19: one of the pair snapped today; there's very little chance that I can repair it with glue. I wasn't as delicate as I could have been when I removed it, so let this serve as a warning - treat them with kid gloves and they should last a long time. If, like me, you don't - well, they'll only have a short life span.

I've just discovered that I have high arches on one foot which makes long walks painful. These are fab but I had to use both to get real pain relief. I tried one on my bare foot, sock on top, and did a 3 mile walk. I was still in pain but nothing like previously. The next weekend I put both on. It was a bit of a clart to get them to sit comfortably but they stayed in place and I had no pain at all after 6 miles. Brilliant.Now I just wish the company would increase the level of silicone in the pad bit so that I could just use one, but hey....

I'VE USED THESE GEL ARCH SUPPORTS BEFORE AND BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THEM AS THEY ARE COMFORTABLE AND OFFER GOOD SUPPORT.I RECENTLY ORDERED ANOTHER PAIR AND NOTICED THAT THERE WAS A SLIGHT NICK IN ONE OF THE SUPPORTS. CONSEQUENTLY I REPORTED THE PROBLEM TO THE SELLER AND WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED BY KONSTANTIN WHO KEPT ME INFORMED AND ARRANGED A QUICK REPLACEMENT WHICH ARRIVED WITHIN TWO DAYS. SOMETIMES THINGS GO WRONG BUT IT IS VERY REASSURING TO DEAL WITH A COMPANY THAT OBVIOUSLY CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

The best buy I could have. I have Plantar fasciitis and this item was the first I tried so far. It takes the pressure from my heel. I even able to wear it with slippers or sandals and it is not very noticeable on the feet. Love it.

These are absolutely brilliant and helped cure my plantar fasciitis. I wore them every day for a few months and they made a massive difference - the pain has totally gone. I still wear them occasionally, to ensure it doesn't come back as they're quite comfortable as supports. Just make sure you order the correct size as I ordered a second pair and got a larger size by mistake. They're great as you can wear them with sandals as they are "clear" and less obvious than fabric ones that I also have. They're much better than insoles which are fine in my boots but not suitable for other shoes and didn't get rid of my pain. If you are suffering with heel pain, definitely try these, they were the main thing that cured my pain.
