Peg Perego Primo Viaggio 4-35 and 4-35 Nido Car Seat Adapter Links for UPPABaby - Newly Designed

The media could not be loaded.  We bought a new Peg Perego Primo Viaggio 4-35 NIDO car seat- so I can only speak for this car seat. Got the adaptors to work with the UppaBaby Cruz, and it has been fantastic. These attachments will not work for older Vistas, so we got the Cruz.Easily installed on car seat, and we too freaked out thinking “How do we take off the adaptors??” My Son is now almost a year old, and I sadly am putting him in a larger car seat.I’m pretty positive the adaptor manual tells you how to remove (red button at handle if you pull back car seat fabric), but the questions/answers section will also tell you.No need to tell others you’re stuck with the adaptor… just read folks, it’s a good skill.Anyways, I digress. These adaptors work for the purpose they should, and it’s also pretty clear what stroller models they won’t work for.

This works with the Uppababy stroller and we are very pleased. The design makes it a little difficult to use, as you almost need 3 hands to get it to work at first. After you get the hang of it, and realize you need to lift with the adapters it makes it easier to use.

easy to install, works well, sturdy, high-quality and fits my car seat perfectly. This is a very specific product, so if you know which types of car seat and strollers you have you know you need this. Should have bought this sooner.

I bought it to use with my Peg Perego Primo Viaggio Lounge together with Uppababy Cruz stroller. Works great and there is no need to take them off at all.

Perfect for a uppa baby stroller

I’m not sure why there are so many complaints about these adapters, but they work perfectly for us. The fit is snug, and they’re extremely easy and simple to disengage; just lift on both sides and up it goes. As to the issues some are having with the adapters staying put on the car seat: duh?! That’s how it’s designed! It’s actually quite simple to remove them. Locate the little red button with your fingers inside the seat lining, depress, and pull the adapter out. That simple!In fact, if you’ve ever tried any of the other adapters (Maxi Cosi, Clek, Chicco, etc.) they’re mostly terrible and wobble. This one fits like a glove. The only downside is the price, but then again, these are likely produced in small quantities—in Italy, which makes them more expensive to produce.Stop whining about a quality, well engineered product you’re just too dim-witted to comprehend!!

This adapter is horrible. We were excited about using our Peg Perego car seat with our Uppabay Cruz stroller. We saw the reviews, but were hopeful that we wouldn’t encounter issues with our car seat, which was manufactured in April 2018. Unfortunately our optimism didn’t last long. First, it’s difficult to install the adapter onto the car seat, as it took some time to install. And then, once on, it locks our Peg Perego car seat onto our Uppababy Cruz nicely and securely. However, it is entirely way to difficult to remove the car seat from stroller. Even with three hands, it’s difficult to remove the car seat from the stroller by pressing both buttons on the adapter down at the same time. Ultimately going to return the Peg Perego car seat and adapter and go with the Uppababy Mesa. Of course, returning the adapters is contingent upon getting them off the car seat...

This product works well with the most recently manufactured Peg Perego 4-35 infant car seats, but will NOT work with older ones. We ordered two car seats; one, manufactured in 2019, worked with adapter, but the other, old stock manufactured in 2017, will absolutely not lock with this adapter as it lacks the cut-out in the receiving pocket that this adapter locks into.
