Smells amazing, big bottle lasted months.

1. It doesn't smell the way I remember from way back when but it's been a long time so take that with a grain of salt. 2. It has a light scent that I find pleasurable without being floral. 3. They mean it when they say intense, while obviously the scent will fade there is still a fairly strong scent when I take my shirt off at night and sometimes I catch a whiff loading the washer days later. 4. Only use one pump, right out of the box this stuff had me smelling like a jr. high boy who doesn't yet understand less is more. 5. I already have an every day scent but this makes a good second and I do plan on buying it again.

Scent, it's not an Invictus but they come from the same bloodline, it's not unique but it's not generic either. I think it's blind buy worthy. A little sweetness with a fresh nuance. By the way you smell that coconut note. Not for the life of the fragrance though. Overall, a good scent.Longevity, it's 8+ hours on your skin and 10+ on your clothes, it's beastly and it is a room filler (you can choke people out if you overspray this)I say this is value for the price per volume. It's a good one to wear if you don't know what to wear.

I used cool water several years ago as I liked the scent, but the toilet spray tended not to last long. So, I decided to try the Eau de Parfum version which is a bit stronger and longer lasting the the toilet spray. This has a similar scent to the regular Cool Water. Overall, it is a good scented cologne that has a fresh and crisp smell with notes of lavender, menthe, iris and musk. This brisk aroma keeps me smelling nice all day long, with a stronger, longer lasting smell. This cologne is good for a everyday cologne or for a night on the town. I will say make sure you are buying for a reputable seller as there are lots of counterfeits out there. I will say that I had an issue with the seller who sent a legit cologne but a bottle that leaks under the mechanism every time you spray it. They were difficult to deal with, but luckily Amazon made it right.4 stars

I did not notice this was the Intense version, but tbh, it immediately became my new favorite. As a matter of fact it's so very near Versace Eros it can pass off as if it were. Beware, it's strong and lingers for hours, and resurfaces with body heat or during showers. Not recommended if you get on public transport or elevators constantly, it will elicit mixed reactions. I'd say spray on skin (no more than 2 pumps, 3 if ur a risk taker) right before getting dressed, it will still be noticeable through your layers of clothing. Though I personally use it to the office, as a daily use, it's versatile enough for day and night, formal and casual. If you're over 30 you can pull this one off, I've had equal amounts of "grandpa smell" and "fresh elegant masculine" remarks, so ignore anyone who labels this as an 'older gentleman's scent only'. Ive been using Cool Water since age 21and I'm now 38 still rocking it.

I was stopped by many people in my travels to compliment the aura of my Davidoff. It was a pleasant way to compliment a shave or a shower. Then something changed. The product lost all of the qualities I bought it for. I believed that the company chose to market the old product as a new "intense" version as it was more costly and profitable. The "intense" version is close to the old version ,but seems to be a way to rip off loyal customers. I will seek a suitable replacement.
