I have recently purchased this product for a third time. It really does what it says in the description. You only need a small amount under make-up to reduce puffy eyes.Note: don't put too much on or it can look chalky.I won't travel without it. Very helpful after long flights.

This product does help to reduce bags under the eyes- but at a cost.The product is very drying and does not work well with liquid makeup. I'm black (Mac NC50 shade) and found it leaves a white residue under my eyes, much like a roll on deodorant could leave on your skin after use. I also found that the drying & tightening effect can actually cause around your eyes, to wrinkle when you smile or make other similar facial expressions. To combat this, I've found using as little as possible is helpful (for a mild result is better than nothing). To combat dryness, I dab (not rub, because the product rolls up into little lumps, & this is also the case with liquid makeup) a little moisturiser on top of the product under my eyes then gently dab my makeup over top top with my makeup brush.

The product has a pumping mechanism which doesn’t work so I’ve now sent it back in order to receive a refund .. as a senior citizen I found the whole procedure online unclear and confusing having to use a QR code and traipse to a store that has this facility.. quite a stressful experience.. a refund operation should be user friendly and easily available .. this was not my experience.

Worth the money

Despite bring 78 ,I don't have that many lines ...The one place they are noticeable is around my eyes....After applying this solution, I can feel the skin tightening and after just a few minutes ,the area is completely smooth.... I'm equally impressed by the price ..

I have been searching for a product like this for YEARS, and spent a lot more for ineffective products. I was cautiously optimistic because of the other positive reviews and photos. When I received my product the very next day I tried it immediately. Without hesitation i say that it has absolutely worked and delivered on the promise. Those bags have been dropped, my face is noticeably brighter, and I am very happy to have bought it. You really only need a VERY SMALL amount, and it gets to work immediately. You do feel the skin in the applied area tightening up, and the sensation only lasts a short while, but the product lasts throughout the day which is great for the price point. Overall, very happy.

Nice bottle, be careful of pump as first couple came out with the right amount. Then the next one gushed out, fortunately I had a pot I could put it in. When you first put it on the results are OK, but after 20 mins it's worn off.
