These are fabulous. As a woman on the bigger side I've always struggled with thigh chaffing. These not only solve the chaffing problem that the hot humid DC summers bring, but they also make me feel better about my body. I'm 5'3" and 160 lbs (but very bottom heavy). I bought size 3 and they are the perfect balance of comfortable and help hold everything in. I also bought the style that goes all the way up to the breasts. I prefer these better. The waist comes up enough to smooth things over but not bunch and roll in strange places. I will be buying more very soon.

I would have to order up a size & the fabric is very sheer. Does what it is designed to do; but, just not the right fit for me.

I bought these and several other types of shirts shape-wear to see which ones fit better to wear with my wedding dress. I was looking for something to just smooth out my hips to create a clean line in my trumpet style gown. These are a very light weight material, which I liked because my wedding gown is pretty warm. These wouldn't work for women looking for true shape-wear, but for my purposes they work very well. My only concern with these is that I might rip them with my nails because they are essentially really heavy weight stockings.What I liked most about these is that they didn't cut off the circulation in my thighs. I have an hourglass figure and am heavier in the thigh area than in the midsection. I had problems with other shape-wear I brought being too tight on my thighs and these fit perfectly.

I should have bought more.
