I received this and was dissatisfied. The side buttons don’t work with this case. I can’t put the phone on silent or turn the volume down. I was in a pinch and had to take it on vacation with me because there was no time to order another. Now picture this…I’m in the Florida Keys, super excited watching my family feed the tarpon fish off the dock of a tourist attraction. My phone slides from my hand, bounces off my purse and falls in to the ocean. Everyone around me gasps and I start to panic. Everything is on that phone! I find someone who is willing to dive to get it. It was about 15ft down but the bright pink color and the nice Keys water helped. He retrieved my phone and guess what, everything was working! No water got in my phone!So in conclusion, is this an every day case, no. Is this a case that you want with you when you are near bodies of water, yes!!

The color is a little off on the back. But it protects the phone very well. My daughter is 7 so her phone needs this protection.

Finally found a phone case 1. That I can find because of the great color and 2. One that protects my screen and phone! Apple and Zagg have “glass” protective covers which break all the time. My phone flew out of my hand across the room and still didn’t crack. Has great touch control even through the case. Doesn’t allow sweat in while jogging

This case is useless...it does NOT do what it's supposed to do. At most it would keep your phone dry in the shower...maybe. I took it with me on vacation and the first time I took it into the water it got water in it, and my phone never recovered. Don't waste your money on this case because you'll have to spend even more money on a new phone.

I bought this case after I released my iPhone 11 Pro had lost its water resistance after 3 years I dropped it in a small puddle and it made my Face ID and screen go out I replaced the screen and got his case I I won’t have anymore issues it has gotten wet a couple of times since I put it on and I have had no issues love the case so far even though it muffles the sound a bit.

I can’t imagine why they would put a sticker that will not come off on the back of the case. It has left a mess and I’ve been working for a while to get all of it off and still haven’t. If I had time I would send it back and order a different one. I’ve never had this issue before and have had many phone cases. It’s a decent case but gets 3 stars because of the difficult to remove sticker

What I like is that this case is $20 and being beaten up and abused it’s holding up still waterproof as far as I can tell I don’t know how great the drop protection is it says it’s OK for whatever that standard it has on it I don’t know but I feel like it could use more cushioning but that might just be how I feel you know what I’m saying and not actual facts. But yeah for 20 bucks and be waterproof I mean I dropped it in banged it up and sat on it and I do AC work so I’m crawling through freaking attics with it in my pocket getting drug across nails and stuff and it’s doing fine another one I bought a couple months before it was leaking in less than a month.

I've had this since about a year and put it through extensive use in and around water. First was summer holiday with my family where I took the phone in case into the pool, around the pool, sandy beach and even shot few minutes under water. I also regularly take it with me when I kitesurf - as my safety backup. Place the phone in the case, put it in my chest pocket and kitesurf several hours at a time.there was never even a single drop of water inside. That is quite impressive since esp.kitesurfing is quite aggressive sport where I'd fall numerous times per session.The cover also works great when i went snowboarding. Easier to handle than phone in no case.Touchscreen works fine, came is fine through the caseI would not recommend to use this case for normal use though. It's clunky for every-day use, sometimes the touchcreen would glitch and camera's would shoot a bit better if there's no extra plastic.What other people said - how it scratches easily - that is not my case. Even though Ive used it extensively for my activities my case still looks and feels fine, clear, 100% condition even after ± year of use.and the value is amazing. Catalyst brand would cost you ±100eur. this is a steal for the money!

The case might have protected the phone (not sure as I didn't get that far), but since I was unable to use the phone while it was in there it was essentially useless.

Returned case scratched really badly only used for a few weeks. My otter box has lasted over a year with no marks
