Lady Elegance JB5648 Purse Organizer, Black

I bought this because I had read the reviews about it being smaller than what they expected. I had purchased similar products, but they were always too big for some of my purses. I switch purses frequently since I like my purse to match my outfit because it gives the illusion that I have my life together. That being said, I hated having to move everything I own, piece by piece. When I received this item, it was small but much smaller than I thought despite buying it for that reason. To give you perspective, the only thing that would fit was my wallet. However, they fit the rest of my items perfectly. The storage on the sides are very small and tight and you can't fit a whole lot of things in there, but it was enough for the things I normally carry, so while my wallet didn't fit, everything else did and having to move just two items instead of five makes it worth the purchase. It also fills out my bag and makes my purses stand nicely. I would purchase again. If you carry a lot of things and usually have a big purse, this probably won't work for you.

The 4 stars are for the very low price and a reasonably good start for an organizer. I ordered 2 and will probably return 1. It does have rigid enough sides (good), but too rigid a bottom (big problem). One reviewer said that the cell phone pocket was too small for something the size of an i-phone, but the one I got does fit my i-phone (plus its case), although with the elastic you can't just drop it in. I'm trying to imagine what sort of bag this would be perfect for because at a rigid 3" wide this organizer is just too wide for mine. I don't use small handbags. My usual purses are pretty solid medium sized -- maybe 2" wide by 8" x 10", plus additional outside pockets which add some more width. However, in a tote bag or a hobo bag, this little thing itself would get lost. Given the little price, I took an hour and made some modifications. I snipped the elastic on the 3 elasticized pockets, and I cut the fabric on the inside bottom and took out the thick piece of cardboard. Now I can put it inside my bag and it crunches down to my bag's width. It seems like it could be a useful solution now -- we'll see. Ideally I would have liked to flip it inside out so that the pockets were on the outside and the inner compartment was just 1" wide, maybe with a single divider. Amazing how hard it is to find a few extra pockets for your bag!

This is useful in a sack-type purse with a soft bottom, it gives some support. The credit card slots are totally useless for me, but would be great if you don't have a wallet and have a lot of cards (I just don't). They would work great for a parking stub or claim check or movie tickets, spare key, business cards, sim cards, phone battery, or stuff like that as well.The pockets should be larger, though. Very roomy in the middle, and in my sack purse, I have room to hide my wallet underneath the organizer. A large one would fit also, which I will probably buy, but I like this because it's easily transferred to a smaller bag. My sack purse has a few good size pockets for my Google phone and glasses, this one will not fit a pair of sunglasses or phone in the pockets. There is a zippered coin pocket which is great.I would say it's a good buy. I opted for the beige so I can easily spot my items, a black organizer would be too dark, especially for a large bag. There is a strap with a clip, which is helpful to keep the organizer in place or clip your keys to, but I just toss them in the middle.There should be more photos of the inside of the product for viewing, and I would've known to buy a large size too. The photo on this ad is terrible.I think I deserve a free large size for giving this informative review which will undoubtedly boost sales! =]

I bought this purse organizer since it was the perfect size for my 7 inch Samsung galaxy tablet (in its cover case) and yes the length is just right for my tablet. I have a large tote purse that I put this into (the purse has a center divider) so the organizer fits nicely on one side without sliding around. The purse also stands up on its own if its full so I dont have to worry about a flat purse. If I were to put this in a large tote with no dividers, it would probably slide around and get knocked over on its side. I really like the quality of this. On its own, the top closes and it is a good quality material that will be easy to clean. There are pockets that cover both opposing sides of the organizer. There is also a key clip you can clip your keys on or a hand sanitizer clip-on.What I could fit into this is: my tablet, wallet, pen, lots of quarters in the zippered pouch, a phone in the open pouch, 3 lip balm or lipstick pouches, a row for placing extra cards (business cards/gift cards/even a wallet photo).I could easily pull this out and place it into another purse. I am glad that I bought it.

I bought this organizer in December 2011, and can't believe I waited so long to buy it!! I love this thing!! I always kept the same purse for a long time, until I got this, because digging everything out of my purse was a pain!! Now, I have several `favorite' purses, and swap them out all the time!!Another plus, I tend to buy smaller leather and woven purses that have not a lot of body without this insert - see pic of my The Sak leather purse without the insert, and then with the insert!! It is great!! My purse doesn't flop over now, and all my stuff is really easy to get to. I put my oversize comb outside the organizer, and I always can find it quickly! The organizer has just enough stiffness to make the purse look great all the time, rather than a floppy mess.I agree with some of the other reviewers about the pockets being too narrow, but I cut the zipper off the one, and it works ok now. I too wish it had some bigger pockets, but I am quite happy with it otherwise. In fact, my sister saw mine, and loved it so I had to buy her one too!!Hey, for the price, it is more than worth it!! I have paid more for different ones but this one beats the $25 hands down!!
