GREAT FOR LEG CRAMPS

I get terrible cramps in my legs in the middle of the night. The only cure for me was to hobble downstairs to get an ice pack and put that on my leg. Some of the worst charlie horses and pain ive ever been in. Sometimes i can tell before i lay down that i will have 1 that night. Muscles maybe cramp standing up or something. So now i let 4 of these dissolve under my tongue and i wont get any. I thought at first i maybe just wouldn't have gotten 1 that night anyway and i was giving credit to this product when in fact it had nothing to do with it. But no!! I went from having terrible cramps at least 2-3 times a week. To none since i started 6 months ago. It really works!! (For me)

I don't know how it works, but it does. I bought it to help with restless leg syndrome and it works like a charm when I take it right before bed. It also helps in general with insomnia, which is a nice side-benefit. Very pleased with this purchase and I've already ordered more. So psyched to discover this because over- the-counter sleep aids not only don't work (and I've tried nearly all of them) but they exacerbate restless leg syndrome. It's been a nightmare. I don't want to take prescription sleep aids, so this is (literally) a dream come true.

I have used these for some time now and appreciate how they work. Don't really know why or how. I've struggled with foot and leg cramps for years especially at night and was told about these. Usually take two and that does the trick. Last week following a daily hike of 4 - 6 miles in the mountains, I had to up the dosage but they relieved the cramping.

I have been having leg and foot problems for 17 months with cramps and spasms and pain due to a bad side effect of an antibiotic, and although the pellets are teeny they have helped me quite a bit. I would have preferred more pellets as one does go through them pretty quickly. One has to be careful when dispensing the pellets because they are so tiny and one can accidentally lose them if one isn't careful. The flavor is pleasant and the price is not too bad.
