This is a great mixture of herbs for salads, and my go-to ingredient when making balsamic and olive oil salad dressing.

I love the Lite house freeze dried herbs and blends. I use them all the time. The salad herbs and the guacamole herbs are wonderful in so many dishes. I'd really miss them if not available. The quality is excellent and the jar is a great size. Good value I think. Love them. Chives is another one I like.

Nice blend of herbs. Make a flavorful dressing or sauce with out any effort. Once they hit the liquid they rehydrate and look like fresh great taste.

Nice herbs to mix in with your preferred dressing base (plain yogurt, oil/vinegar). I think it would be helpful if a few basic recipes were provided, however you can use your imagination and be creative.
