After spending two entire Sunday afternoons trying to install other faucets in our pretty dang normal kitchen, we took our chances on this one. LOVE IT. Great water pressure right out of the box, easy threaded nut install, solid quick connect water lines.If the faucet box arrives inside another Amazon box, PRO TIP -- check the outer box for the very small bag of parts that has been known to fall out of the actual faucet box during shipping. We spent 30+ minutes just trying to track down the missing, proprietary Delta quick-connect clips for the water lines b/c they weren't in the faucet box. Had resigned ourselves to not having a working kitchen sink/faucet for a couple days until one could be shipped to us -- but when I went to recycle the outer Amazon box, I heard something rustling around in the bottom. Yeah, the clip. 😏

We installed this faucet in our kitchen sink eight years ago. It was a nice, sleek design and it performed well. Over time, the handle got looser and it was harder to swivel. We figured eight years of a lot of use was enough, so we chose the exact faucet for replacement. Some minor tweaks by the manufacturer are apparent, including an easier moving counter-weight that makes for smoother hose mode. Overall, this is a great faucet, even if we have to replace it occasionally.

I bought this because I loved the matte black look and I'm happy with how it turned out I'm my kitchen.Pros:-great look-simple to use with one lever-when you put it on a setting (stream or spray) it stays on that setting until you change it, even after turning it off.-cleans well and doesn't leave water spots/look dirty.Cons:-The water pressure is very high. I don't know how to fix this other than not turning the faucet on all the way (which is fine, but I often forget).-the pull out spout doesn't go back on its own, you have to feed it a little, especially if you pull it all the way out.

Delta being one of the top names you can expect the best. This faucet is stylish, very functional and fits our decor perfectly. The one thing I miss but can live with is the hose dock is not magnetic. You need a small second touch or push to seat the right look at the seam. Other than that I would go full happy.

Looks nice and easy to install. The look of the faucet is exactly as I expected and it was super easy to install. It provides an attractive modern update for my kitchen and does everything I expect out of a kitchen faucet. My only criticism... for a fairly expensive product, the materials are rather cheap... hard plastic supply lines, plastic connections, plastic braided hose, etc.... My old Grohe had all metal hoses and connections and are still in decent condition after 15 years. We shall see how this Delta holds up.

Just installed this by myself two days ago, and I love it! It was very easy to install, and thus far is working wonderfully. My plumber (professional) friend says there is no need to use plumber's putty with the foam gasket. In fact plumber's putty will discolor any granite counter tops. I added more weight to the spray nozzle's water tube after reading other reviews complaining about having to feed the spray nozzle's tube back into the fixture, and I'm happy with the "pull" back into the fixture. A+ so far.

The only reason I gave it four stars and not 5 is because the part thatextracts for spraying is a little difficult to retract, however I purchased aweight from delta and now it goes in much easier, my plumbersaid was easy to install and he loved the look, something he has never seen.

The Bad:Had to replace cartridge after 10 month of moderate use. It seems as if they have a ceramic integrity problem with the design or materials of the cartridge. I disassembled and saw chips on the edges of the valve that worked there way down to valve surface (see scratches) and it failed. I am not mechanical engineer but seems as if the multi-valve design heat differential on the same valve between hot and cold makes the surface weak or chip and/or can't take the abuse of direct force from the handle. I have never seen this issue on separate hot and cold valves. Also the leak caused some damage on my hardwood floors.The Good: If is a beautifully designed faucet and I love the appearance. Also Delta has a lifetime warranty so I can get a replacement part. I guess I will be swapping out cartridges, lets see how long this one lasts.

Bought this tap from the Amazon Warehouse Deals for less than half the price of a brand new one. I was skeptical about its condition but it appears brand new, no parts missing, no scratches or marks and works great.We did have to take our kitchen sink out to properly install it but that was an issue accessing and tightening the nut connection and nothing to do with the tap.We previously had a gooseneck, high arc tap that splashed water everywhere and a bit too overwhelming in appearance for our small kitchen. This is perfect in height and has a bit of an industrial style vibe to it. No more splashing and constantly wiping the countertop around the sink!

Installed by a plumber. Works great. Hopefully it will last a good many years. My last faucet, a different brand, lasted more than 25 years. As for the design, wish the on/off lever was positioned below the water spout. Wet hands turning off the water results in dripping that requires wiping up from top to bottom. Regardless, happy with my choice.

Never have installed a faucet before. Did it in under an hour. We'll see how it holds up.
