I highly recommend this Vitamin C. Since it uses Calcium Ascorbate, it is completely buffered and non-acidic, making it super gentle on my sensitive stomach with zero heartburn.

Good product, good price Note:ANY calcium ascorbate product can cause a blood pressure drop in some people;this can be a good thing, but can also be an issue if it goes too low.

This stuff works!!
I just happened to order this because my usual Vitamin C was out of stock. I am glad I did. This definitely works better. I have noticed that my histamine has been more manageable. My biggest surprise was taking this at night helped with my histamine dump. I am getting more sleep. It has only been over a week. This will definitely be something I everyday for my perimenopause histamine issues.
