I’ve used this travel car seat with my 4-year-old on multiple trips—including Disney World, Brazil, and New York City—and I love it. It’s compact, folds up easily, and is light enough to carry around without hassle. Most importantly, it gave me peace of mind knowing my daughter was safe and secure whether we were in a rental car or an Uber. Yes, it’s on the pricier side, but honestly, the amazing convenience and safety it offers make it 100% worth it. If you’re a parent traveling with young kids, I highly recommend this—it makes navigating airports, taxis, and rental cars so much easier.

Best purchase I’ve made for traveling with my toddler! Light and compact. It fits easily in the overhead compartment in the plane and car installation has never been easier! I even keep it in my car at home in case someone needs to borrow a carseat or we have a yuck emergency and need to swap out for a bit while the primary one gets cleaned. It has been well worth the money and will continue to be useful for a long while as it is adjustable.

The pros: This booster is compact when folded, relatively light weight, and good for travel. It hooks onto handle bar of a carry on luggage through its strap. The cons: The padding on this seat is non existent, for both butt and head rests, which could be uncomfortable for long trips. The shoulder belt is difficult to route through and kids will not be able to do it themselves. I don't know how this seat will hold up in the long run, especially all the hinges for each folding part. I feel the hinge could snap if accidently miss folded, especially the lower pivot. Lastly, my son is 6 and his shoulders have reach the max limit width setting. Unfortunately, I don't think he will be able to use this for longer than a year.

We carried this in a checked suitcase because we didn’t have a bag that fit it and would be easy to carry. It took up ~1/3to 1/2 the medium bag. It would fit in overhead or under seat in a small bag. It was easy to unfold and put in place, fold up, and will pay for itself after a couple of plane trips considering daily cost to rent a booster, and is guaranteed to be there in good condition unlike the rental booster. It is also nice for Ubers with kids because it’s so quick. The seatbelt needs to be in place at all three red spots or the booster will move, so your child needs to not pull the belts out or it won’t be safe for them to use. This was fine with 6 and 7 yos. It isn’t convenient to carry this with the strap so plan to pack in a backpack or suitcase. There are cheap bags for the gb pockit that fit this.

Love this travel car seat! It’s great for short trips, not meant to be a permanent one. My 3-year-old fit perfectly — just the right size and height. Super easy to pop open and fold up in seconds. I’d just say practice opening and closing it first because it can be a little tricky, especially when you’re in a rush.

This is a great lightweight seat that folds up rather easily. However, there are no seat clips of any kind. So it does not connect to the vehicle in any way. When my son uses it, he falls all over the place despite being buckled in properly using the car belt. Great for travel, but not for every day use.

We flew abroad and did a LOT of driving in rented cars. The cost of renting a car seat for a child is insane -- about $15/day. Yes, it is a sizeable thing to have to lug around airports, etc. (it takes up about 3/4 the space of a carry-on suitcase when folded), but by buying this foldable seat we more than saved the cost of renting a seat, and now have this as a decent extra seat going forward. Also: if you are considering getting an inflatable booster seat instead then note that we also considered that and bought one in comparison; but IMO this product gives way more sense of security to your loved one, so it is worth lugging the extra bulk when travelling. It's a bit pricey at $200, and I wish the seat had built in connectors to the car's anchor points. But being the only foldable proper seat that can go on a plane, I am happy to give 5 stars for being basically the only real option on the market.

Me fui de viaje con mi familia y buscaba una solución para no tener que rentar una silla para mi hijo de 4 años, donde generalmente no son muy buenas. Entonces aposté en la Hifold y no me arrependi. Me aventé viajes de 5 horas en auto y mi hijo fue muy confortable y dormido. La silla cabe en una maleta de mano pues con carriola, mochilas y maletas de bordo es una cosa más para cargar. Es muy fácil de usar lo que recomiendo que vean el vídeo con las instrucciones y la prueben antes del viaje ya para llevarla ajustada. Solucionó mi problema además de brindar la seguridad que se requiere para mi hijo. Recomiendo mucho.

me gusto porque no ocupa espacio y sin embargo es una sillita para el carro, y ademas es muy facil de cambiar de vehiculo y de lugar.

No se mantiene en Pisticci vertical, ajustarlo fue super difícil, y luego se caia y se caia. No esta practico

Esta silla es práctica porque se dobla, pero eso la hace que no sea apropiada porque tiende a inclinarse y mi hija está siempre llendo se de lado. Lastima que no se ha usado mucho hasta que se cerró la ventana de poder regresarla. Cliente nada satisfecho.
