Purchased to hold my knife collection. This is a great case for displaying pretty much anything. I have 6 knives (5 in open position) displayed in this case. It really looks great. The thick foam can easily be cut with an exacto (razor blade). I needed to do this for 2 of my knives which have thicker handles. They nestled in nicely below the other knives. No need to secure the knives because the foam is soft enough to allow most objects to sink into the foam with the cover closed and you are able to stand the case up without anything shifting. the case can be use flat or standing with my knives. No shifting of objects takes place. When I acquire more knives for display, this will be my go to case. My daughter wants one for her collection of sea glass and another for her keeps sakes.The box is well made and good looking to display

At first I bought Two Timbers Display Case 2” X 6” X 9” for my father’s WW 1 Medals. I liked it so much that I bought a larger one 2” X 10” X 12” for my medals from Korea. They fit everything just right. Cases are well made, in the USA and the appearance is perfect. I wondered about how to display them and found if you place your display so that the latches are located at the top (see photos) then they will stand up on their own. I am so happy that I bought them. The display is something I have wanted to do for a long time. Thank you Two Timbers for your wonderful workmanship.

Built to last and with ALOT OF CARE. You can tell someone took alot of pride in making this and it's absolutely beautiful. Shipped perfectly boxed. Inside foam is awesome and beautiful. Locks aren't cheap. This box is worth so much more and I feel like I got it for a steal once I saw the craftsmanship that went into this. Love it so much! Thank you! My son is going to love this for Christmas to display all of his WW2 coins and currency. Thank you x1000

"...and let us help fix it." I find this statement odd, as if you expected that it would 'need' fixing when it arrived!As it happens, yes, it did need fixing. Although I could not determine at what point of the shipping process the damage occurred what I found was this:The left most latch was twisted roughly ¼" to the right. It must then have been forced closed. I was able, due to judicious tweaking, to make it useable and to my satisfaction. A second bit of damage concerns one of the two keys. I found it twisted dramatically exactly where it would have been if fully seated in the lock, almost as if it were forced over center. Do you employ gorillas?The damage associated with the Two Timbers packaging was evident but did not seem to correspond with the damage. The Amazon packaging was undamaged even though a heavy paper back book was free to move about without restraint due to the fact the box was so large.I am satisfied with the Display Case, it is beautifully made and the second one I own.

This is a really nice case! Very solid and it came well packaged. The foam inside is dense and of course soft enough to hold my dimensional items in place securely. The cherry stain is a nice red/ brown color! I will be ordering more!!

These display cases are extremely sturdy and well made. The craftsmanship is second to none.

Fell apart litterally as we were trying to put Arrowheads in it. All the screws stripped the wood.

It’s rare that I rate anything 5**** with that said, this rating is the best it gets simply because I believe that we can always improve in one way or another.These cases are great! They were delivered as promised. I of 2 actually came super early which was a pleasant surprise. I have a total of 3-cases now and surely will be ordering more.
