I recently purchased a set of floor mats from Bell Lexus, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. Upon receiving the package, I was disappointed to find that the floor mats were not only used but also dirty.I immediately contacted the seller, hoping for a replacement or at least a refund as promised. However, to my dismay, Bell Lexus failed to uphold their commitment. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, they did not replace the product as promised, nor did they issue a refund.This lack of customer service and failure to deliver on their promises is highly disappointing. As a consumer, I expect a certain level of quality and professionalism, especially from a reputable brand like Bell Lexus. Unfortunately, my experience with their floor mats has left me feeling dissatisfied and hesitant to make future purchases from them.In conclusion, I cannot recommend Bell Lexus based on my experience with their floor mats. Buyers beware and proceed with caution when considering purchasing products from this seller.

I am pleased with these mats.There are some differences between these mats & the original mats that came with car 17 years ago, but the differences are neither better nor worse than the original mats: these mats have binding along the edges, where my old mats had the pile run to the edge with no binding; the color is slightly different, but is unnoticeable if the old and new mats aren't side by side; the pile on the new mats is slightly coarser than the old mats. But as I said, the differences are neither better nor worse than the original mats.The mats look great, and I'm happy to have them to replace my old mats.

Not OME as advertised. Back mats did not fit.

It is beautiful original product from Lexus/Toyota. However, one thing I noticed that the quality has gone down, it is not as thick as the one came with my new car.

They look good color match is good but definitely not like the one's it came with, still lexus but don't expect them to be like the originals

These replacement mats arrived quickly which was important as they were a Valentine's Day gift. I can't say enough about the uprade in appearance from the 15 year-old set they replaced. This upgrade has encoraged me to address a few other small issues to make this great car look as good as these new mats.
