Gourmet potatoes
Of course it’s great on steak, but I wanted a quick side dish too. I thick sliced some Yukon gold potatoes, a few slices of Vidalia onion, added olive oil and sprinkled on the Gibson seasoning. Amazing 😊

Gibson's Season Salt is my new favorite! It is way better than any other in the market and delicious on everything from Chicken to Steak to Eggs. Something I use almost daily! Highly recommend!

Good But I'd Rather be In Chicago
I love to cook and I love a good steak. Having dined at Gibson's Steakhouse in Chicago many times, I figured I would try the seasoning they supposedly use for their steaks. It has a great flavor. However, there is no substitute for their Chef and the supporting staff. I loved my steak at home but I would rather be at Gibson's.

My brother was gifted with some steaks and seasoning from his employer last Christmas. He gave us this seasoning and we loved it! I'm so happy that I can order this on Amazon! Have already bought it several times. Great on steak, chicken or pork!
