I have purchased FreshJax Certified Organic Lime Powder. This was a great purchase because I'm a lover of Mexican and Tex-Mex cuisine, which often uses lime as an important ingredient. The quality of the lime powder was fantastic. It was very flavorful and had a nice zing to it. The powder itself was also very conveniently packaged in a BPA-free jsr which I thought was a nice touch. I also appreciate that the product is certified organic and is free from gluten. Overall, I'm glad I purchased this product and would recommend it to others in search of a quality lime powder.

I purchased for making a very specific Christmas cookie, was VERY pleased with the quality and the spot on taste. Yes, its a little bitter, but the lime is VERY accurate and the cookies came out fantastic. A little bit goes a long way in flavor! Very nice!

This is more like lime dust not zested peel. It doesn't have the same visual appeal in the dishes I normally use lime zest/peel in. And you have to be really light handed with it or you can add too much very easily.

This is tarter than I thought lime peel would be. But it does taste like lime peel too, a little goes a long way! It is bitter like lime peel is. Those that complained this is bitter don't know what lime peel actually tastes like. I think this can be substituted for fresh lime peel and be pretty close in flavor if you don't overdo it.
