Es excelente llevo más de tres años tomándolo , Me va genial ,para sueño ,relajar, estreñimiento.se disuelve perfectamente y sabor agradable Y tb tomo el citrato de potasio de la misma marca es el duo perfecto. Me alegra q esté en Amazon ya q antes no lo tenían .. Y cantidad es verdad q viene un poco más de medio bote pero rinde bastante. Comparado con otros q no se disuelven y quedan como arenilla . Yo lo suelo tomar antes de las seis de la tarde y me va genial .. Lo recomiendo 💯

Buenísimo para los niños y la digestión de su estomago

Después de meses debo decir es un lujo de suplemento, primero el poder adaptarlo a las necesidades de cada uno ya que al ser en polvo puedes ajustar perfectamente la dosis a tu cuerpo. Cuando lo tomo me parece hasta sinceramente muy sorprendente como paso a acordarme de los sueños y todo, todos dicen dormir mejor, pero de verdad que en mi caso me cambia completamente, estuve unos meses sin tomarlo y dejé de recordar sueños y todo, al volver es curioso como relaja la mente al punto de permitirme soñar y desconectar. Me calma completamente el cuerpo que lo tengo sometido a mucho estrés, en base a algunos que dicen adelgazar no he notado nada en ello pero no creo que sirva para eso principalmente, y lo de ir al baño Jajajaj si ayuda por supuesto, ahora si tomas la dosis correcta irás como siempre, si te pasas pues si que te hace el tránsito intestinal más intenso por así decirlo, pero sin dolor alguno solo vas al baño y ya, ahí sabes que seguramente has tomado más dosis de la que tu cuerpo necesita, según lo que explica nuestro querido Frank.
