I really like this magnesium because since I started taking it, my headaches have decreased, I’m more focused, and I sleep really well.

This is my 5th time purchasing this product. Definitely helps regulate digestion. I have always had a hard time regulating my metabolism but this has been the only thing that has helped. I only removed one star because the flavors are limited. The flavors are great but I personally get food adversions from having a strong flavor everyday. So I if that is also the case for you I recommend alternating between flavors! But definitely would recommend this product.

Excellent supplement.

He probado otros magnesios, pero este es el que mejor me ayuda con mi problema de estreñimiento. Por otro lado tengo insomnio y con eso no he notado un gran cambio. Tomo medicamento con receta para dormir y aún así me despierto varias veces durante la noche, pero con este magnesio parece que me despierto menos veces.

Este producto yo hace años que lo estoy utilizando, pero el que viene en bote y en polvo que te lo dosificas a la medida que necesites, para mí es imprescindible, este lo compré porque para llevarlo en viajes es más cómodo
