Amazon Brand – Rivet Mid-Century Ceramic Planter with Iron Stand, 14"H, White/Black

I absolutely love these planters!!! Thay were so worth every penny. First off they came in packaging that was very secure and snug. The styrofoam insert was made specifically for the pots and the stand so there is no room for them to move around during shipping. And once out the box I was taken back by how lux they were. Feels so high quality and thick. I was kind of expecting something a little more flimsy but not the case. On top of that they a beautiful. Now I was expecting the tan color to be more deep because that's just how it look on my phone. But I still love it. It fits my decor very well. As far a sizes go, I purchased the X-large and the large and I must say I was shocked with the sheer size of the XL. It's huge. I have a 3 gallon plastic pot in there and I had to prop it up with pieces of the styrofoam from the packaging. It has soooooo much room all around and at first I was concerned that it might be too big for both my space and my fiddle leaf fig (Fiona) . But because I know how big these plants can get I figured it won't be a problem to have something that it can possibly grow into. And the Large is also huge. I have my snake plant (Venom) that in a 1 gallon nursery pot and it fit it beautifully with room to spare. Also I'm very happy to say that they both have drainage holes. I saw that a lot of reviewers say it didn't but I noticed that all of those comments were from people who order in early 2019 and earlier. I believe that sometime towards the end of last year that Rivet corrected that maybe oversize and I started see reviews that said they had the holes. So I guess you can just repot in these but I'm new to this real plant life so I'm not 100% sure. But overall I give this 5/5 stars.

Simple elegance! Ceramic pots are deep and the stand is balanced and sturdy. Contrary to the description, the color is NOT green. The color variance simply demarcates the glazed and non-glazed areas of the pot. I purchased two "large" planters and love the finished touch it adds to my Fig Fiddle Leaf Tree and my Zanzibar Gem (ZZ) plant. The planters arrived WELL protected. The shipping boxes are thick and sturdy and the actual planters are securely encased in thick styrofoam molds. I am not concerned that the planters do not have drainage holes because I use the planters for decoration and place my already potted plants into the planter. Be warned that the large planter pot's opening is 10 inch diameter and is 12 inches deep. So if your plant's diameter is larger then you may want to size up. I also cut away the circular styrofoam molded packing material, placed the intact disc at the bottom of the planter and used it elevate my tall but smaller Zanzibar Gem plants to the appropriate height for a better display. Recycle and re-purpose some of that packing material. Make it work for you! I really like these planters and may purchase again!! The "large" pot's dimensions are: pot opening - 10 inch diameter pot height - 12 inches Total height (pot + stand) = 17 inches *If you measure the planter's diameter edge to edge and not just the opening then you will get a 12 inch diameter measurement. This accounts for the thickness of the pot and the lip.

This planter is just lovely. I love the color. I found it accurate to the picture. I also like that it’s contemporary with hints of farmhouse and mid century - fits the look and feel of my house perfectly. The profile is pretty reasonable and doesn’t stick out too far either. It sits nicely in a corner or the hallway. While it’s very sturdy, it’s also not overly heavy. I was able to move it around on my own easily. We bought it for our new fiddle lead fig. The measurements were perfect for putting the planter pot directly into the planter. I like to do this to help prevent root rot. However, it does come with a hole and a plug if you prefer. I set it up before my spouse got home to surprise them, with great results. They LOVED it and couldn't stop complimenting it.

Obsessed is an understatement!! The pot is a great quality with very little flaws in the glaze. The shape has great proportion and the color is consistent. The only thing I’d say is the stand is a bit too much bigger than the pot so you have to position it right, but this is just an aesthetic- the pot is very sturdy. Provides a great modern look for (my) large plants and falls perfectly with the aesthetic of the space. Def a worthwhile buy for a good price

It is very sturdy, stylish, and I love that it comes with a stand. The color is somewhere between an off-white and a sage green. The finish is half-glaze, half-exposed ceramic. It fits a standard gallon-sized plant. My Monstera deliciosa has been sitting pretty in its original and ugly plastic nursery pot for a very long time, so I’m excited to have a sturdy pot that is as elegant as it. As most reviewers have stated, it has no drainage whatsoever, so be wary of how much you’re watering. The reason for a deduction in a star, however, is because this is nearly three times the cost of this ceramic pot I bought at IKEA. As you can see, the IKEA pot is much larger — and it was just $25. Both are sturdy ceramic. I’m assuming this is more expensive to compensate for shipping costs, because it is indeed heavy (not unmanageable, but not like a plastic-stone hybrid). I absolutely love that this will be my statement pot, however, if I need more large pots, I’ll be going to IKEA.

Love love love! It is beautiful and well worth the price. Other planters on different websites cost double and sometimes triple this price. I got a large and it fit my fiddle leaf fig beautifully. The planter is much bigger than I imagined. It is more of a light cream color, not sure why the site says green. I think the stand part could’ve been better quality as some of the paint is chipping already but I’m not really complaining because you can’t notice it as it’s black and the steel is black. It is very sturdy and heavy. What a deal!

This pot appears to be very good quality, and although I thought it was pricey at first, I’m happy with the purchase; it can’t have been cheap for the merchant to send as it’s extremely heavy and of course large in size. So probably the profit margins don’t have as much cream as it initially seemed to me. So yes I would recommend this pot - it’s difficult to get classy plant pots on Amazon that are as large as this, it’s one of the better ones for sure 👍🏼
