Q: Why are reviews other than 5 star blocked from viewing? I purchased and this smells nothing like arancia.

Smallflower is the only authorized Amazon retailer of Alora diffusers. We have worked alongside this brand since it's founding. A new diffuser will take days to begin the "throw" of fragrance while the reeds pull the liquid. The other thing to consider is our noses get very conditioned to the same scent, Alora recommends alternating fragrances to combat this. Feel free to reach out to Alora direct to confirm any of our information provided. I cannot answer any questions regarding the review being visible or not that would have to be answered by Amazon.
