Thank you but the top will not unscrew and I am strong - is there a skin on the twist off cap???

I didn’t have any problems with mine. Sounds like it is defective.

You unscrew the top and the squeeze to rubber top to add the liquid. Push it into hand and apply to your face. Hope this helps.
