Horrible wrapping
So upset and dissatisfied. Just opened the box and its cracked. Definitely returning this !!!

Didn't last, loved whole it did.
I lived this thing and used it all the time. The opening was nice and wide to facilitate cleaning so I could go between using it for water, tea or even hot chocolate. Unfortunately it broke a circle on the bottom snapped off for reasons unknown.
