I thought this would only give a cursory cleaning but this little guy can work! He cleaned my huge master bedroom in under an hour and was ready to move on to the living room. And he (I've decided mine is male; I don't know why) cleans deep. Well worth the money.

On completion carpet and floor are thoroughly clean. I love the quietness when vacuuming. It’s equally easy to use with the app, Alexa or the remote control. Twice after cleaning it could not find the charging dock. In spite of that it’s money well spent. I definitely recommend this vacuum!

My last deebot was pretty good and went randomly over a room until the battery got low but seemed to get it all. This one is smarter although it does seem to sweep some things out of the way so it can't get to them. Kind of reminds me of my little bro. Does a pretty good job overall. I've also found that any problem I've had with it talking to me is solved by turning it off and back on from the switch on it's side.I have hardwood floors so not real sure what it does for rugs or carpet. My last one was a carpet cleaning beast so who knows? I'm happy.

PRODUCT: I spent extensive time troubleshooting this product (using limited "help" resources provided by the manufacturer.) Still, despite probably 10+ hours on the whole or effort spread over a few weeks, I was never able to get the vacuum to even move...I've had a lot of success with Deebot in the past, so I'm disappointed to say the least. My old model was a workhorse; it's still kicking 5 years later with only 1 battery replacement. I hope this latest order isn't an omen of a dipping quality bar. Fingers crossed it was just a lemon. I'm going to try the manufacturer since this is still within warranty.CUSTOMER SERVICE: I missed the 35-day return window. Had a confusing back-and-forth with Spreetail about it. The first Customer service representative I messaged with implied I could get a replacement if I would cover shipping costs. A second representative took over when I asked for a shipping address, then said I could not in fact return the item. Third rep didn't acknowledge the previous messages at all. Overall, I felt very bounced around by very large/corporate/e-commerce CSMs. Bad experience overall.You might consider a brick-and-mortar store if you're going to give this machine a shot! That way, return is easily within your control.

We previously bought a Deebot N79S for $300, which we quite liked. It was a 'dumb' robot, but it still helped massively in cleaning our floors.We had been wanting a smarter robot for quite some time now, but never really could justify paying the price for one. When our previous robot had one of its side brush gears fail, I looked online and saw the 710 for $100.There are a few problems with it. Any time it is paused or loses tracking it restarts a new cleaning cycle, and since it doesn't save its map except for the current clean, this means a rescue mission will result in it starting over from the beginning. With that said, this bot is surprisingly efficient, and does cover everything it can get to methodically. Cleaning is good - not exceptional, it will fail to vacuum up things sometimes (and because it only goes over areas once there's no extra opportunities like with DumbBot).Overall, I think this vacuum is worth 200-250 USD in 2022. At $100 it is exceptional.

I like the job it does and it has pretty good suction power. It picks up hair and doesn’t get stuck anywhere…yet. Also I have stairs and it does not fall over the edge.

Thought the vacuum was smarter than it was. My old Shark had magnetic strips that kept it from going into certain areas. This Deebot just totally ignored the strips and went right on over them. Upon reading the manual, it says “to block off the areas you don’t want it to go”. Not gonna work for me. Plus it got stuck under my cabinets. I returned it only using it less than 30 minutes. For the price it cost, it should be smarter than that! I’ll get another Shark as I know what it can do. I did like the fact that it wasn’t a random cleaning pattern and went back and forth parallel. But not enough to fight with it everyday.
