The pillow is excellent quality manufacture, & very well made.I suffer from a very bad neck problem, & unfortunately the pillow seems to make it worse.Regarding the pillows density. I would say after you have rested your head & compressed the material down .It becomes hard & there is no more movement or give in the pillow. For me this makes the pillow hard & uncomfortable .Does the Pillow generate heat.I would say that the pillow when compressed does retain a small amount of heat .This did not bother me as much as the hardness after compression.After a week I stopped using the pillow.

I used to wake up after a lie-in with banging headaches, but decided I needed to try something after reading that it could be down to sleeping position.Got his pillow and the contour means you head and neck align better and thanks to the memory foam it supports the weight of your head and neck evenly, even for a big bloke like me.Had it for a month now and not had a single morning headache since, Try it!

I've been having problems with my neck for about 4 months and decided to give this pillow a try. While I would say it is slightly thinner than pictured it has made an amazing difference! My neck immediately started to feel better within two days and now, about a month on, the pain is mostly gone. Great value for money and I would definitely give this one a try before going to a more expensive product.

Bought this pillow as have been having problems every other month with a cricked neck.Been using this luckybacks pillow now for about a month,and my neck feels totally different. I am now lying in bed the correct way,and am very pleased with this pillow. My wife has now got one as well. The pillow felt different to start with, but didn’t take long to get used to it. Go and buy this pillow,as you won’t regret it. Well made, as you can take the cover off to wash. Fab😀

Received this pillow about a week ago and was really pleasantly surprised that it was not rolled or compressed but comes ready to use. It has a soft cover with a nice design but I am using a pillowcase over it. It’s different to my old pillows as it’s lower so takes a couple of nights to really get used to it but after that....well it’s been great. Sleep on my side but wake up with no neck or shoulder pain. For me it’s been a great purchase so far.

It isn't a magical pillow but it gets the job done. I'd love if it were a bit more firm.

Finally find a pillow that works. I have arthitis in my neck, and since using the Luckybacks Pillow my neck has been practically pain free. I have bought other memory foam pillow, but none have been very good. This one is excellent

This is a lovely pillow. I have had memory foam pillows before where you have to wait hours or even days for it to regain its shape and for the smell to go. This one comes in a full size box with no smell. It feels soft to touch but retains its shape and holds my head in position. The last few days have been without neck pain, which is the first time in a while.
