Works exactly as intended
Great quality lock and keys, easy to install very pleased

Simple upgrade and replacement
Purchased to replace a lock in our front door which kept getting stuck. Surprised to find out that it was only held in by one screw. Went for the 5 keys and the turn lock on the inside which stops someone leaving a key in the lock from the inside. Lock also had a better rating than the one it replaced. Had it for a few months now without any problems.

Great value work well.
Changed all my locks after seeing how easy to open when original lock fitted. They are easy to fit have 5! Key’s.They are a little rough when putting key in but a DRY lubricant helps massively. Well worth the money.

Looks like a good design.
Looks like a good design. The keyway is wide and I imagine that would help pickers, but that's not really a worry in the U.K.Shouldn't be easy to snap, rake or bump and that's what's important.Easy to install and maintain.Keys started off tight and high tolerance, but have become easy to use with less precision after about 2 months.We measured ours before hand. Make sure you get the right lengths as there are lots of options and being too long reduces snap resistance.

Good quality lock, spare keys finally available
Good quality lock, easy to fit. It comes with 5 keys (which is good), but I happen to need 6, but unfortunately when you log onto the suppliers site you find out that spare keys are not available until end of Sep 2019 - will try at the end of the monthUpdate: end of September had been and gone and still no sign of spare key availability. Down to 3 stars until this is resolved.Still can’t be bothered to update the website which still says spare keys available at the end of September! Despite registering to get updates on availability Schlosser have not bothered to send out an email giving some indication of when keys will actually be available.Spare keys now available, so back up to 4 stars. Lock is all good, reduced by one star for the lack of customer service early on.

Thumber
Very well finished. Keys not as stiff to insert and remove as other reviewers suggest. Thumb-turn smooth as butter. Replaced cheaper Yale thumber that failed way-way-prematurely. Impressed so far.
