Very disappointing supplier
Ordered these, together with ice cream lollies, to be delivered to my daughters. Received notification that these would be delivered on a Saturday, daughter duly made plans to stay in on the Saturday.The day before appointed delivery I.e Friday, daughter received a text in the morning to say delivery was due In about two hours’ time - at around lunchtime. She was out for the entire day !!! ( having been notified that the delivery was due the next day). I tried to contact the suppliers/Amazon and was Informed that the delivery could not be stopped. Daughter returned home early evening to find package by the front gate. Ice cream retrievable but chips not (thawed out). I sent photos and complaint to supplier, received message saying this was going to be looked into. Not heard a single thing since..... very, very disappointed with supplier and wasted food/money. Terrible after sales service (nonexistent). Totally unsatisfactory and appalling service. Would not recommend these at all as I have wasted time and money and not even had an apology let alone a refund for the defrosted chiPs..... DIRE
